Yessss!!! 🙌 I’d like to add one more- Administrators, don’t fall into the trap of comparing teachers right now for their percentage of students turning in work, logging into their Zoom during “office hours”, and “attending” Advisory via Zoom.

Dear Education, please don't over-complicate this situation. Let teachers offer some enrichment,encourage students to read, & check in on their students! Then let them take care of their own families, elderly parents, food shortages, etc. Don't make us look worse than politicians
I sent out a question for students to answer- no requirement. I asked, “What’s your attitude of gratitude during this time?” Y’all, the responses are so uplifting and 100% of my students wrote in complete sentences without being prompted- even my ELs! @212lisaann @7Mindsets 😍👊🏻

@quizlet I’ve heard some fellow teachers talk about hosting Quizlet Battles for study sets and Quizlet Live Tournaments. I’d love to implement this in addition to my students studying using Quizlet. Any ideas, tips, strategies?
I love this little laminator! Making vocabulary manipulatives with cognates to pre-assess S’s knowledge of the vocab in our upcoming unit. Students will be able to bust these out throughout the unit to self-assess and review. @212lisaann @Sarasparks21
