Ken Paxton’s former top cop on why he’s voting for James Talarico:
I spent 2 hours with James Talarico. Number one, I saw no deception. He answered all my difficult questions. He didn’t dodge anything. He hit it head on.
I have been around politicians my entire life. I served 5 governors, I’ve met 4 presidents… And James Talarico is so different than other people I’ve encountered.
I think he’s the man who needs to go to Washington DC, and Ken Paxton needs to go home.
Hey Jay, hope all is well Sir! Do you see Dallas still being interested in Maxx?
Scoopage: Raiders told Maxx Crosby they want to shut him down last two games. Crosby, who has played with injuries for much of the year, vehemently disagreed and has left the building @nflonfox has learned. This could lead to questions on his future in Vegas
Last thing I’ll say on this Big Jeff trade speculation bs:
Simmons just signed a 3-year, $105M contract extension this offseason. There is no rush to trade him.
If he was in the final year of his deal and wanted out of Tennessee, sure, I’m all for moving him. If he came out tomorrow and requested a trade, I’d be okay with moving him. But if he still wants to grind it out here, play for the Titans, and help us get back to winning football… Why the hell would we trade him?
The Titans are in Year 3 of this rebuild. In my honest opinion (and I may be biased, I realize that) I feel like this team will compete the rest of the season and be a much better team next year as well.
I wanna go on record and say that the reason why Dallas is struggling this year is cause they’re wearing these Walmart jerseys in practice…
Your head coach is awful, you defensive coordinator is awful, your defense is awful, your owner is awful, this organization is awful! It doesn’t even matter if they win. They will have a new coach next year…

Terrell Owens defends Dak Prescott and blames Jerry and Stephen Jones for the Dallas Cowboys' roster construction failures
Terrell Owens: "They start blaming Stephen Jones and Jerry Jones. They're the ones that are making those decisions. Those are the guys that are shelling out $100 million receivers that are not putting up $100 million production."
Terrell Owens: "You got to have some playmakers. You got to have some game changers. And then I don't know who the offensive coordinator is, but you got to call some explosive plays. But in order to have explosive plays, you got to have explosive players."
Terrell Owens: "At some point, yeah, you're paying all these guys money, but then again, everybody that's calling the plays, they're making money too. So the offensive coordinator, they got to put these players that they have in positions to win, according to what their abilities are."

Texas was built by hope. By people who had no business believing — but believed anyway.
To every Texan who’s ever wondered if anyone in power is paying attention: We are taking our state back.
Because a little bit of hope is a dangerous thing.
Been watching since 89. I was 9. This is just not worth it anymore. Nothing changes. The owner is the greatest conman of all time convincing fans he wants to win. He wants money and it shows. This is and has been an unserious organization for a long time!
I think the worst thing about being a Cowboys fan + being on twitter since I was like 14 is the only enjoyment I get out of watching them play football is to make fun of them.
They aren’t good, and haven’t been good in my entire lifetime. Getting on the app and laughing at them for 17 straight years is the highlight of being a fan.

Obviously we are all mad, but I think it is telling that most (from what I see) Cowboys fans aren't MAD the way you should be after a loss.
Everyone is so down/out/embarrassed by this team.
The last 3 seasons have been really hard/toxic/not fun.
It takes a toll.
Blah.

The irony of the Cowboys being embarrassed by the Packers in January 2024 and then again in October 2026 and it feels like nothing has changed, it’s an embarrassment! #DallasCowboys
Idk if the Packers embarrassed the Cowboys more than the Cowboys embarrassed the Cowboys.
This is a directionless team right now.
It starts with Brian Schottenheimer.
This is fully and totally on him. bloggingtheboys.com/dallas-c…
