I've been enjoying ripping Mudwater packs myself.
Seeing those cards become part of an actual game in Otherside could be fun, especially if it brings in people beyond the existing BAYC community ๐ฆ
We may not see it at first but Mudwater is a genius attempt by Yuga to synthesize BAYC, Otherside, & $APE

Autonomy is boring right up until it's the only thing that matters.
"We'll upgrade when everyone else does" and "we'll upgrade when we're ready" are two very different sentences, and the gap between them widens the more serious the upgrade is.
That's the case I see for @Starknet exploring an independent L1. Not a promise about timing. Not a victory lap.
Just a team trying to keep the ability to move on its own schedule as threats evolve.
Think about how we treat our own homes. You don't wait for the whole neighbourhood to agree before you fix your front door.
You fix it when you see the problem.
The idea behind an independent L1 is that kind of control over when core security upgrades happen, instead of waiting on Ethereum's migration plans.
Nobody knows exactly what the cryptographic landscape looks like in a few years. That's the point. You don't build for the future you can predict. You build for the one you can't.
Why should anyone following @Starknet care about Ethereum's cryptography and migration timeline?

What I find interesting about AI verification is that proving something is genuine shouldn't mean exposing everything behind it.
That's exactly the problem Anthropic's FlashProve is trying to address. It can prove which AI model generated a response without revealing the model's weights.
But what caught my attention even more is the cryptography behind it.
FlashProve brings together several important pieces:
- Post-quantum security to prepare for future cryptographic challenges.
- Hash-based STARK proofs for verifiable computation.
- Battle-tested cryptographic techniques already used in @Starknet
- Formal verification in Lean, building on earlier work involving Cairo and Stwo.
Another detail worth noting is that Alessandro Chiesa, co-founder of @StarkWareLtd, is among the researchers involved.
To me, this is an interesting intersection between AI and blockchain infrastructure.
As AI-generated content becomes harder to distinguish and verify, we need ways to establish where an output came from without demanding access to a model's private internals.
That's why I think the underlying cryptography matters just as much as the AI application itself.
The future of AI isn't only about generating better answers. It's also about being able to prove how those answers were produced.

Reputation could become an agent credit score
Humans already use credit history to decide who gets trusted with money.
Agents may need something similar.
Not:
This agent has 50,000 followers
But:
- How much work has it successfully settled?
- How often does it get challenged?
- How much stake has it lost?
- What kinds of jobs has it completed?
That's the direction @termix_ai's onchain reputation points toward.
A successful settlement isn't just a payment.
It's another data point about the economic reliability of that agent.
Over time, that history could become more valuable than a profile page.
The agent with the best reputation may simply be the one with the strongest history of being right.
