Uh oh! @freekmurze after the latest Bloom update where did my projects go 😢 They've been replaced with Idle? Or am I missing something?

The biggest gaps with the #Laravel cloud platform right now is bandwidth visibility. A shared bandwidth allocation with no visibility which app consumes the most, no total allocation in GB despite overchargers being billed at $0.10 per GB. @taylorotwell @jasonlbeggs

Laravel Cloud bandwidth usage hit 55%, not a problem but higher than expected. I can't see any visibility on which applications drive the usage? @jasonlbeggs

How many clients actually ask to use #WordPress? We find most clients end up on WordPress because the developer, freelance, agency put them there. When the product doesn’t feel right for those groups of the community you can’t be surprised that you’re losing market share.

I’m super proud to announce that we’re now an official verified partner of Bullhorn. After months of rigorous technical testing, security, and compliance audits, we’re officially approved to use their branding & IP in our marketing. 👀

Glad we moved away from WP Job Manager a few years ago! Thankfully, those who still use this legacy plugin can now download a patch for the vulnerability that has been in the wild for the past few months 🤯 If you need help with a recruitment website, DMs open 👍

With code being quicker to write and more accessible do we really want a #WordPress block editor? I actually find what was a mostly pleasant experiance a very frustrating one in 2026. I feel like I'm wasting so much time updating block editor styles clicking through interfaces.

Has this @wp_acf feature ever worked for anyone? The most frustrating part is you can't revoke or re-enter the *valid* key from the admin.

Is there a reason why the WordPress accordion block icon doesn't use the "standard" up/down arrow/caret or a plus/minus icon?

Do any of my #Laravel gurus know why when I pick the Livewire starter kit the pagination element doesn't support light/dark mode. It's just a tailwind blue for both?

How far do you test your WordPress products before release? Our recruitment job alerts plugin has been working flawless for years until today... A client with over 1,000 candidate job alerts hit bottlenecks! We never expected someone to have more than a couple hundred!

Does anyone know with the @OpenAI #agentkit do you really need to create and run a custom MCP just to query a remote data feed? I have a JSON dataset stored on a remote endpoint.

The new #laravel #forge UI is now showing live for me. It looks epic! Has anyone else had a chance to get hands on yet?

I hadn't worked on @Shopify as a developer for some years. I've been helping a friend setup his business on their platform. God I found the whole experiance truly frustrating, basic eCommerce functionality just doesn't exist leaving you with expensive app fees.

The UX within the admin is inconsistent using different weight and size metrics in different areas of their app. It was just plain confusing. In all honesty if I could start again I'd suggest we just build to store with @WooCommerce.

Great to be attending the recruitment expo in London this week, meeting new and existing connections.

We're working on adding "Cost of Goods Sold" as a field to WooCommerce products. For variable products, you will be able to set a base cost on the parent, and override it for each variation. Would you prefer to: 1. Add on top of base cost Entering a value for a variation will make the total cost = base cost + variation cost. 2. Override the base cost Entering a value for a variation will replace the base cost, making the total cost = variation cost (if set) or the base cost. 3. Both, with "add" default Both options are available, but the additive method is the default. It can be changed to "override" via checkbox for each variation. 4. Both, with "override" def Both options are available, but the override method is the default. It can be changed to "add" via checkbox for each variation.

📢 Shout out to all the plugin developers creating stunning, intuitive settings pages for their users! We’re in the process of revamping ours – improving the UX and incorporating more of our brand. It’s proving to be a bit more challenging than we initially thought!
