I'm getting pretty close to releasing my game (Doctor Havoc) and am wondering if there are ways to help boost visibility on launch. I plan to have a trailer for said game on my Youtube and will release on Itch.io, but I'm not sure if I'm missing anything major...

Whenever I'm working on a level for my game and I get just about to finishing things up, sometimes this Gif brain blasts me and then I have to backpeddle and redo portions to make them a little more streamlined.

the time-honored tradition of playing dragon quest instead of working on my game is killing me, started putting extra sticky notes on my monitor to block the view so I actually get stuff done 😅

been doing some playtesting for Doctor Havoc as I add new levels, it's like 50% "I am a genius they are experiencing my brilliant game design" and 50% "oh jeez this is alot harder than it was in my head, I am the worst ever"

like honest to goodness it would be so neat to explore a little version of the circus with minigames and items you could use to get different 'endings' or sequences. I'm working on my own game now but if this gets going I'm def applying asap
