Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending a wonderful event at Goodwood in support of Chestnut Tree House Children’s Hospice, hosted by my lovely friends Annette Jones and Paul Jones the former Liverpool, Wolves, Southampton and Wales goalkeeper.
Adger Brown was hilarious as usual, and we spent a marvellous afternoon enjoying great company and raising money for a very worthy cause.
Although I’m not sure being sandwiched between football legend Neil “Razor” Ruddock and Adger was my wisest move , it certainly made for a funny photograph! 😂
I know I’ve lost a lot of weight and I’ve never been particularly tall, but seriously… did they invite me along as the mascot?! 🤣
Thank you, Annette and Paul, for a lovely afternoon supporting such an important cause. ❤️

What a wonderful day of golfing and raising money for @CureLeukaemia with my friends from @SportingclubThe Special thanks to Ian Stafford and Emma Brassington. A real privilege to play alongside Keith Deller, Ossie Ardiles, Graham Roberts, Micky Hazard, Dean Saunders, Michael Greco and of course my business partner Paul Greenwood and Tyrone Gericke.
I shot 88 with a Stableford score of 39!! The best I've played in ages!!! And .....the closest I have ever been to a hole in one...but it wasn't to be!!

A TRAGEDY HAS NO RACE, NO RELIGION AND NO SIDE
I wasn’t going to comment on the terrible ferry tragedy in Northern Cyprus, but seeing some reactions on social media has been deeply upsetting. My hotel room is not gar from where this tragedy took place....it's so sad.
A loss of life should never become an opportunity for hatred, racism or political point-scoring. Death does not belong to one community. Grief has no nationality. Human life carries no flag.
I have Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot heritage, among others, and perhaps that gives me a different perspective. But before anything else, we are all human beings.
The families who have lost loved ones do not need anger or division. They need compassion, respect and humanity.
We can disagree about history, politics and the future of this island, but surely we can agree on one thing:
A human life is a human life.
Rest in peace to all those who lost their lives. May their families find strength and comfort.
Choose compassion. Choose humanity.

A ferry capsized off northern Cyprus, killing at least seven people and leaving around 20 missing. Some survivors were found clinging to the overturned hull, while 237 people were rescued. The cause of the incident remains unclear, reported Reuters.
Thank you once again to Rick and Sue Cressman. John Hayes and all at Champions PLC. All the staff at Nailcote Hall and all the wonderful sponsors. It was wonderful to have been leading the team event, albeit briefly 🏌♀️⛳️

Good Evans. A story about love regardless of race, creed, colour or sexual preference. We're all human beings and we'll end up as worm food or dust....If you love someone then just show it!!
So....Which of these do you prefer? 🤔
