Kansas just elected a Democrat senator for the first time since 1932.
Texas Senate: 38 year drought ended.
Texas governor: 36 years wiped out.
South Carolina, Iowa, and North Carolina all flipped after long dry spells.
Republican fortresses destroyed in a total bloodbath.
I’m sure all the right lessons will be learned.
Texas GOP redrew the map to secure 5 more seats, banking on Trump’s 2024 Latino gains holding forever.
But those voters swung back hard over prices and immigration raids.
So Democrats won Trump +20, +15, and +10 districts.
GOP ends with 24 seats, not 30. Down 1 even.
You can’t gerrymander loyalty betting on a one cycle mood. Those change.

Tonight’s outcome isn’t about placing faith in Democrats or socialist principles; it’s about holding Republicans accountable for betraying their promises.

2. not start another war

My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.
