Some people genuinely believe that building data centers will cause death "millions of people by not having clean water." This is the current state of anti AI propaganda. Unbelievable. We've reached the point where building the infrastructure needed to power the most transformative technology in human history is being portrayed as a mass casualty event. The level of fearmongering, misinformation, and outright hysteria surrounding AI development is getting completely out of control.
