Forgive the child taking this video and my devastating man cold, but let’s raise a few dollars for The Cycle Effect, which helps girls get into mountain biking when their families can’t afford it and provides mentorship along the way. coloradogives.org/story/w93i…

You might not know (most don’t) that extreme heat is by far the top weather-related killer in the U.S. So, heat advisory benchmarks have been moved to better communicate it.
Btw: Denver only averages one day of 100°+ heat per year

This is the response to someone raising funds to help people who lost their homes to wildfire. May our kids forgive us for the world we’re leaving them.

My algorithm is exquisitely tuned to pick up what’s inside Iran. All I ever see is videos of them cheering on strikes. Either filming from inside their homes, or gathering around struck IRGC sites and celebrating.
Since the war began, I have seen hundreds and hundreds of these. It is overwhelming.
Yet, that’s not what the world is shown.
What the world is shown is interviews with mourning IRGC supporters, who statistically make up a tiny percentage of the population, and dismissal of their joy as only the “diaspora” celebrating.
We are not separate. We are all Iranians. Inside and out. We share the same sentiments by and large.
Of course, no Iranian would ever celebrate civilian casualties, but we are all collectively elated whenever the regime is hit.
That’s when you realize the darkest reality of all. The Iranian people are not just suppressed by the regime. They are suppressed by the western left—its media and activists—who have joined forces with the regime to silence the people.
Why? Because tribalism trumps humanity.
Winning their narrative war—proving that they are the good and righteous against their political opponents—is more important than truth, suffering, and the desire of an entire nation to be freed from a terrorist regime.
But we know the truth. The Iranian people will prevail.

I’m beyond happy for my husband @arashmosaleh, a first generation American of Iranian descent, and my father-in-law Mansour, who fled Iran right before the revolution. As a proud Democrat, I give Pres Trump the credit he deserves for ending this heinous regime once and for all.
