Been reading around on the stockpiling issue.
Nobody thinks Russia will attack us, but a lot think the govt balls up with energy means we may have power cuts, shut downs and rationing.

I’ve never been to Ukraine.
I have no plans to ever do so.
It is about 1,500 miles from the UK.
It is not in NATO.
So how is Ukraine’s front line our front line?
I have sympathy for Ukraine, but I don’t want my and other sons sent there to be slaughtered.

National grid collapse due to data centre energy use. It is going to be a grim ‘festive season’. I resent having to spend a small fortune on firewood, army blankets, tinned food, water &c.

No point filling your freezer if you are prepping, there will be power cuts and you will waste the lot. You need dried and tinned foods. Heard a lady today saying she now has three freezers in her garage, i suppose if she had a generator it might work if needed but naaaaa just saying.
