In January 2024, Gov. Maura Healey choked up talking about a plan to close Boston's Melnea Cass recreation center to shelter migrant families. Days later, cots filled the gym.
That same month, migrant families slept on the floor at Logan Airport. Massachusetts was the only state with a right-to-shelter law for families, and at the peak the state ran 100 hotel shelters.
The shelter system cost taxpayers $894 million in fiscal 2024 and $978 million in fiscal 2025. The state auditor found the state paid $140 for a taxi ride that went just 223 feet, and called the administration's no-bid shelter deals "improper and unlawful."

JetBlue is on the verge of bankruptcy, after a bunch of European airlines went under earlier this year. Spirit also liquidated.
The industry is in crisis, only a few big airlines are profitable.

Governor Healy's immigration policies put our safety at risk. WHY is a violent criminal allowed back into society?! He was indicted last summer on six counts of aggravated child rape plus counts for posing a child in a sexual manner and possession of child pornography. Now he's accused of raping his 8-year-old stepdaughter. But sure a mere $5,000 bail will keep him off the streets. What is going on here?!

This is crazy! Why doesn't she express the same level of concern when a CITIZEN of Massachusetts is arrested and taken away from their children? While it is always unfortunate when innocent kids are put in a difficult situation due to the actions of their parents, does it make sense to blame law enforcement for doing their jobs?

Allow me to call BS about the MA afforability crisis and younger people being unable to live here because we are ranked as the most expensive state in the country. That is 100% true. What is also true is we are always ranked in the top 5 for what residents make in income. I live in MA which is why it is my example. Try it in your state and see if the economic realities of the world show through in other places.
Pay attention to this. The Dems are recruiting US Citizens to "guard" against Federal law enforcement. Let's translate: Democrats want US citizens to break the law and put our lives at risk by interfering with ARMED law enforcement (also US citizens) who are protecting our right to vote.
