Rachel Apa, 24, died after collapsing in Central Park during her first New York City Marathon, about two miles from the finish. She was running in honor of her late grandfather and had trained for months.
Apa was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital, where she died Sunday night. Her father said she had been in excellent health and that the cause of death was rhabdomyolysis.

Calm down
Why is it that so many of you so-called Christians will watch Hollywood glorify murder, adultery, witchcraft, and every imaginable sin without blinking… but a Christian television like @thechosentv portray angels like warriors, and suddenly everybody’s proclaiming JESUS!
Give me a break, you serpents and hypocrites.
I’m watching “Christians” fall all over themselves to condemn The Chosen because of a few seconds in a trailer. Now the show is supposedly unbiblical, demonic, and leading people away from Christ.
Really?
First, let’s establish something:
The Chosen is NOT the Bible.
It ain’t NEVER been the Bible.
It’s a television drama BASED on the Bible.
It uses fictional conversations, imagined circumstances, and creative storytelling to bring biblical people and events to life. Period.
That’s called historical fiction for you bitter whiners.
Does every scene appear in Scripture? No.
Does every conversation come directly from the Gospels?
No.
Does that automatically make the entire production unbiblical like @5Solas2 or @Protestia post for clicks? Or course not.
But here’s the main part —
How many people have opened a Bible for the first time because they watched The Chosen? How many have started asking questions about Jesus? How many have walked into a church because something they saw on that screen stirred their hearts?
Does that mean the show saves people? NO! Jesus Christ saves people. But God can use imperfect people and imperfect things to point someone toward the perfect Savior.
Or has your pride forgotten that part of
Btw - for you Bible scholars on X - where exactly is your biblical description of what every angel must look like?
See, the Bible describes angels appearing as men. It describes terrifying heavenly beings. It describes angels carrying out God’s judgment. Jesus Himself said He could call upon more than 12 legions of angels!
But apparently, if Hollywood gives one a weapon and makes him look like an assassin, OMG we’ve crossed some imaginary theological line.
I think people are weirded out by style of angels used…
It's disappointing to see how many people still don't recognize the style of writing this show uses after we have had 5 seasons of it.
This is very clearly a build up depiction to what Jesus said in Matthew 26:53-54:
Matthew 26:53-54 KJV
Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? [54] But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?
This show has a great writing style of building up to central story points. From the first episode it started this writing pattern, introducing Mary Magdalene and her being possessed with devils and her suffering, and Jesus healing her. We also saw this with the lead up of Herodias' daughter learning how to dance perfectly to seduce King Herod to ultimately ask for John the Baptist's head. Those are just 2 examples, the list goes on.
This is a depiction. The Chosen have decided to show Jesus Christ seeing angels ready at any time to slaughter those people around him coming to arrest him. I have no doubt they will continue this theme throughout that episode too and Jesus continually keeping them at bay nodding "no," even while being tortured. It's to make you feel exactly what he went through and understand that he COULD have nodded "yes" at any point and that would have been the end of it, but he DELIBERATELY CHOSE to allow it to happen, for you and I.
Social Media did to girls what they said violent video games were going to do to boys.
We are not going to tolerate threats to assassinate the president. Allison Albro, 21, Daytona Beach, is learning that the hard way. She posted this last night and got a visit from the @VolusiaSheriff Domestic Security Unit and the @SecretService. She said she was joking with this post, she doesn’t have access to a Glock or any other weapon, and she would never hurt anyone. Today she’s sitting in jail on charges of written threats to kill and unlawful use of a communications device. I would strongly advise anyone else thinking of posting a “joke” along these lines to think twice. VSO continues to work hand in hand with the Secret Service, FBI and all our law enforcement partners to ensure this presidential visit to Daytona Beach is a safe event for all who attend, and for our whole community.
They’re not mutually exclusive…
The brain being cooked is the problem. The trick is to wrap yourself but have your head exposed with a wet towel that is frequently made cold until it’s over. Not medical advice lol
This is something I’ve legitimately always wondered about. When I was a kid if I ever had a fever (very infrequently, thankfully) my mom would wrap me in heavy blankets, have me drink lots of water, and have me sweat it out. With few exceptions, the fever usually broke in a day, two at most. It wasn’t until I was an adult and married that I learned from my wife that conventions wisdom is to take medicines that reduce the fever.
To me this has always seemed counterintuitive, but it might be a quirk of how I was raised. Anyone else care to weigh in?
Impressive

Prayer is never cope even if the world sees it that way
You can see how the aesthetics of debate give the left wingers the advantage post Charlie.
They walk up and say:
“We killed you and we will kill you again?”
And then what’s the response?
A joke? That seems weak.
A prayer? That looks like cope.
Answer the threat with a threat? You just got TPUSA ejected from campus permanently
The assassination of Kirk let the left show its power, and they are reveling in it.
??
Just saw a person post their artwork with a caption that said, “they called me satanic for this” and it’s literally the most blasphemous gay art with Christian imagery. I would quote it but it’s too stupid for my mutuals to see
Bait used to be believable
Joe Bartolozzi GOES OFF on Christains and people who genuinely believe in God creating the universe but question logical reasoning as to how a being who wasn’t created or has no history of existence has the power of existence 😳😳
‘People who genuinely believe in CREATION by a SUPREME BEING but question logical reasoning as to how this being came to existence are genuinely sick in the head and blind to logic.. i cant live my life off assumptions and just get to run with narratives’ 😳😳
