arc search is the best browser ever made and it hurts so much to see it get neglected
pls someone make an alternative that
- stops google from opening the google app
- actually blocks cookie banners
- unduck/ddg bangs support
- setting to stop google ai in results
- no browse for me clutter on the search page
- better ad block (if possible?)
- deleting search history deletes archived tabs as well
these are all such trivial issues but arc search was so frictionless at launch :(
you know, some machine learning that would describe what could be improved with a thumbnail (i.e 'text is not readable on small screens' or 'contrast could be improved') would be kinda cool

ai could be cool for thumbnail design i think, just a general companion that tells you if your skintones are oversaturated or explains how to mimic another thumbnail's outline stroke settings would be kinda useful. i don't think fully replacing existing tools with a prompt is it

I’m calling it: Smart Home is by far my favorite use case for widgets in visionOS 26.
I’ve placed a virtual Philips Hue switch in every room of my apartment, and now I can control each room individually—either by looking at it or by tapping the widget. This is incredibly useful if you’re a Hue-obsessed person like me (and Vision Pro-obsessed, of course).
I want more tools, not a robot that uses my tools for me
