Thank you @neal_katyal for representing me as an intervenor in this lawsuit and for your brilliant argument yesterday defending our right to have a political system in Maine that is not only free from corruption but also free from the appearance of corruption. #morevoice
Walking into Maine Federal Court to defend Maine’s Question One, a voter initiative that ends big dark money in SuperPACs. The initiative passed the ballot last year by a 74.9% vote, garnering more votes than any candidate or issue in any election in the 205 year history of the State

In partnership with the USO, we’re bringing Google Beam to 20 USO locations globally, allowing service members to connect with their families through Beam’s true-to-life, 3D video communication platform. Military veteran and filmmaker Kyle Hausmann-Stokes directed a new docuseries capturing the emotional impact of the experience for four soldiers during their deployment in Poland. I’ve never seen early returns like this from Latino voters in 36 years of running campaigns. Why? Because it’s never happened. Some of these data points are just jaw dropping. Latinos are notoriously late voters but not this year - we explain why here.
Latino turnout is off the charts - but what exactly does that mean? I’m joined by @tbonier - one of the best data guys in the business. Some of these data points are jaw dropping! youtu.be/HAos_NGa2nw?is=JUuw…

BRENNAN: The DOJ lawsuit demands the Alaska result not be certified if voters are confused. The confusion is defined as Sen. Sullivan not winning. BLANCHE: That's not what it says BRENNAN: I'm quoting from it. You are telling them not to certify it. What right does the federal government have telling a state not to certify?

Huge democratic breakthrough in Serbia tonight, followed by a Lula win in Brazil! Amazing day for democratic renewal. Bad day for illiberal populists.

Three years ago, 18 of our neighbors were murdered in Lewiston. I had grown up with guns and at the time, I opposed some gun laws. That day, I learned those 18 people deserve more than our grief. We need to make sure what happened in Lewiston never happens again. From then on, I fought to protect the people we love by fighting for stronger gun laws. Today, I'm thinking of all of the families who lost someone that day. My heart is with them, and I will not stop fighting for them.

I bet Trump will try and overturn RCV in the federal courts if Peltola wins
Trump: The Republicans’ Worst Senator, by far, Lisa Murkowski, of the Great State of Alaska…is upset because I revealed what everyone knows, that the Ranked Choice Voting Ballot is a TOTAL DEMOCRAT SCAM… Lisa Murkowski is a DISGRACE to Alaska and our Country. You just don’t get any worse!

Alaskans don’t need any help voting for their preferred candidates, and the State of Alaska has already handled this by clearly distinguishing the candidates on this year’s ballot. The Department of Justice should never have filed this lawsuit. apnews.com/article/alaska-se…

The two-choice system is fundamentally broken, and it drives people apart rather than bringing them together. I want to fix that, which is why Republicans, independents, and Democrats are all supporting our campaign. #IAGov #GovDebate

Gov. Josh Shapiro backs a bill that would open Pennsylvania’s primary elections to unaffiliated voters. HB 280, authored by state Rep. Jared Solomon, passed the state House by a 115-88 vote on Tuesday. “I support it,” Shapiro told me on Saturday. thecentersquare.com/pennsylv…
