People often imagine delusions as these obviously bizarre beliefs. But what sucks so bad is that when you're experiencing one, it doesn't necessarily feel strange at all.
It actually can feel like you've finally figured something out. It鈥檚 so sad and frightening how completely you feel you can trust your own perception in the moment, only to later realize it鈥檚 wrong.
That kind of sense of certainty must be frightening to look back on.
