For anyone interested, it turns out that the incident below was the result of a targeted phishing attack. The seed phrase/pk was NOT compromised.

What's going on here @opensea ? These two NFTs were sold for 0.00000000001 ETH in a bundle by a hardware wallet user and the only approval made by the address is for the Opensea proxy contract to move NFTs. Looks like your API is also down right now? Do we need to revoke access?
