Being a real Brexiteer for sovereignty, democracy and self-government, I have voted for @trussliz. She has led from the front on Ukraine, repeal of EU law, saving Northern Ireland, and real policies for economic growth. Vote for Liz today #LizForLeader

I ran from a mass shooting today with my two little girls in my arms. We got separated from my wife. We hid behind a car and then sheltered in the apartment of some good Samaritans for 5 hours watching swat teams from the windows. We are all ok but we’re angry, very very angry. – at Highland Park, IL

The dropping of The Lady Of Heaven by Cineworld is yet another example of us now having a de facto Islamic blasphemy law in this country. The Batley teacher is still in hiding too.
What's the plan from Tory or Labour to restore basic freedom of expression? I'm not hearing one.

Happy Shrove Tuesday!
Pictured here are Army Air Force cooks preparing pancakes in the mess at Bassingbourn. These American-style pancakes were just one of the many exotic foods brought over by the US Army Air Force in Britain during the Second World War.

It takes a lot of gas to make bricks, tiles and ceramics. Shortages and high gas prices are threatening our industry. BBC Today shut down talking about this. Why do so many want to stop us making things here? The U.K. needs to deliver more gas.

I am looking forward to both seeing the clock and hearing Big Ben for new year. It was cruel timing to cover the nation’s icon in scaffolding when voters wanted to restore their sovereignty through Parliament.

Wolf whistling when I was young always got you a cheeky smile back when I was a young man. Now they want it made illegal?
Seems to me those who object to it most are those who would never even attract a whistle.
Are the majority of women really against it?

As a Brexit supporter I would never have imagined 2 massive businesses would choose UK and move from the Eurozone. Shell, 2nd largest FTSE 100 company and Unilever the 3rd biggest. A vote of confidence in the UK economy which has shown Project Fear for what it was. Scare tactics.

Extreme weather events may appear more frequent but we’ve adapted to them and mitigated risks so weather-related deaths have fallen dramatically.
Why does this never get aired? wsj.com/articles/climate-act…

I thought. (Although I might be wrong.)
The term 'Stan meant "the land of." As in Hindustan, Baluchistan, Afghanistan etc.
The Paki bit just identifies "Who's" land.
So "Paki" is possibly the correct name for those people.
Oops.

After living through the era of the ' troubles', I'm now extremely concerned by the huge amount of Irish Tricolours on the profiles of some of the more vociferous, supposedly Scottish ref campaigners, and the large numbers of followers,we are heading down a very dangerous path😡

I say this, not at all aggressively, but simply as a fact: there is nothing, absolutely nothing at all, that France or the EU can throw at us by way of sanction or punishment that will not bring the great number of us closer together in our determination not to be pushed around.
