Poor Jessica Yaniv Simpson Looks like a vexatious litigant designation is next on the books for him in 2026 as well as being homeless. Will he declare bankruptcy to escape? No more weaponizing the BC court system. Hopefully the tribunal system will follow the lead of the courts in restricting his manipulation and malice. Several #jessxsimps filings were quoted by the BCCRT and canlii.org in other case decisions of what not to do this year. He is ending 2025 with more criminal investigations including a couple for criminal fraud, and one for trademark/copyright theft.
