I want to personally thank @Teknium and @NousResearch for creating the best AI tool.
I’m outpacing entire teams and was promoted to join my company’s AI team to help support our contracts.
Hermes has transformed my workflow, dramatically increased my productivity, and helped me move from idea to implementation faster than ever.
So, again, thank you for creating this amazing tool 🙏
I can’t stand when people do burpees this way.. you need to squat all the way down then kick your legs out. Not touch your toes then kick your legs out.
This goes for both regular burpees and navy seals.
Look at his face.. He doesn’t even believe the words he’s saying.
House Speaker Mike Johnson has canceled Thursday’s planned votes, sending members home early ahead of the November midterm elections and telling reporters Wednesday that the House has “done its work.”
“It’s time for our members to go home to their districts and make their case to the American people,” Johnson (R-LA) said.
OpenAI should release an open-source local model that’s specifically optimized to work with GPT-5.6.
Let the local model handle indexing, retrieval, memory, and lightweight agent tasks, then seamlessly hand off difficult reasoning to GPT-5.6.
Instead of local vs. cloud, make it local + cloud.
The local model wouldn’t replace it but would make it even better.

🚨 New York Democrats just voted to erase "Mother" and "Father”.
Governor Kathy Hochul will be replacing "mother" with "gestating parent" and "father" with "non-gestating parent."
This isn't inclusion, it's insanity.
While New Yorkers battle sky-high taxes, crime, and failing schools, The state is obsessed with rewriting biology and the English language. Real parents don't need woke bureaucrats redefining them.
Reject this nonsense.

Another single, childless man over 40 giving sleep advice.
Show me a married man with kids and a full time job who stays physically fit and crushes life…
Those are the men we should be listening to 🤝

This is utterly insane. In Canada, a psychiatrist can just LOOK at you in a public place, sitting on a bench, or eating a sandwich, or walking down the sidewalk, and they can "certify" you as being insane, and the police will arrest you and take you to a psychiatric evaluation.
No rights. No law. No due process. No defense.
The psych doctors are the ones who are insane. And government authoritarians, of course.
A biophysics grad was just detained under BC's Mental Health Act.
All based on a psychiatrist's opinion after observing him in a cafe.
He looked at him & said “I’m certifying you”
THAT’S ALL IT TOOK.
No warrant.
No on scene evaluation.
No psych evaluation.
No paperwork shown.
No chance to comply voluntarily.
Just because a psychiatrist saw him in a cafe.
Meanwhile, the same city has a documented drug addicts, where one person, has been
apprehended 79 times and is still on the street.
The government can grab a credentialed researcher off the road in 20 minutes but it can't keep a chronic offender out of the same intersection for more than a week?
What a joke.

I just spent 2 incredible weeks in Italy and it is so frustrating to come back to the U.S…
How is it possible @RobertKennedyJr that the Italian food supply is so vastly superior.
I literally ate bread at every meal, dessert multiple times per day, and generally ate way more than I do in the U.S.
Not once did I have acid reflux. Not one headache, no digestive problems, and I didn’t gain any weight.
If I ate the same way in the U.S. (I used to at times) I would have gone through a full bottle of Tums and Advil just to get through the day…
WHY does the U.S. allow glyphosate in wheat, high fructose corn syrup in food and who knows what in our milk products?
The difference in quality of life in Italy vs the U.S. is staggering from their common sense (anti corporate) food regulation.
WHY aren’t more people upset about this?
The U.S. is the richest country in the world and we eat like one of the poorest.

It’s kind of insane that we’re all lucky enough to live on this insignificant blue ball floating in an endless void that can somehow keep us alive indefinitely and yet a huge chunk of people want to ruin it forever in the name of an economic concept that we made up ourselves
