UPDATE: Polish Fire Brigade spokesperson have told TVP Info that two people have been killed in the shooting in Krakow with others injured.

BREAKING: Paraguay's president, Santiago Peña, has resigned following the collapse of the Ueno bank, stepping down just as Congress began impeachment proceedings against him. Peña was a business partner of the group that owned Ueno bank until March last year.
As of last month, the bank had a reported holding of $800 million in public deposits, including money from the state pension fund and health fund, as well as the operators of Paraguay's hydroelectric dams. The bank has around three million customers, or around 60% of Paraguay's adult population.
