"Day 3 after murdering somebody": 16-year-old Sierra Halseth and her 18-year-old boyfriend filmed themselves joking after her father was found dead. In the video below, Inside Edition shows the clip police found on Sierra's phone. Daniel Halseth, 45, didn't approve of his daughter dating Aaron Guerrero. When the families found out the teens planned to run away together, both sets of parents stopped them from seeing each other. On April 9, 2021, Daniel's burned body was found in the garage of his Las Vegas home. He had been stabbed and cut 70 times. Prosecutors said the teens had bought a circular saw, bleach and lighter fluid before the killing, then fled in his car. They were arrested 4 days later in Salt Lake City. On the video from Sierra's phone, Guerrero jokes about murder and Sierra tells him not to put that on camera. At sentencing, Sierra claimed her father had abused her sexually and physically. Her own lawyer said the evidence didn't allow him to confirm all of those claims. Guerrero apologized to Daniel's family. Both pleaded guilty and were sentenced to life with parole possible after 22 years. 1 forbidden romance, 70 wounds, 22 years to life. Was she a victim who snapped, or a teenager who killed so she could run off with her boyfriend?

OnlyFans model Courtney Clenney killed her boyfriend and walked away with 6 years. Two days earlier, she stood in front of police and asked for protection from him. In the video below, she tells the officers: “I want a restraining order.” They tell her it has to go through the courts, because he lives with her. On April 3, 2022, Christian “Toby” Obumseli, 27, was stabbed once in the chest in their Miami apartment. When police arrived, she was covered in his blood, begging him to wake up. Her story: he pinned her against a wall by the neck and forced her to the floor. She grabbed a knife and threw it at him from about 10 feet away. As a warning. The autopsy told a different story. The knife went three inches into his chest at a downward angle. Prosecutors said a thrown knife doesn’t do that. His family denies he ever abused her. Courtney had more than 2 million followers on Instagram. Four months later she was arrested in Hawaii and charged with second-degree murder. She faced life in prison. This August she pleaded guilty to manslaughter. 6 years in prison. She had already served 4. His mother told the court: “No sentence, no plea, can bring back my son to me.” Her lawyer walked out and said: “The actions she took that night, we stand by them.” She asked police to protect her. Two days later, he was the one who died. Victim who fought back, or a killer who got off easy?

i've been bearish on equities largely because i expected tech stocks to pull back, and we're starting to see that happen but one thing i've noticed in recent market corrections is how quickly fear gets priced in people panic, sell aggressively, and price reaches important support levels much faster than you'd normally expect with all the uncertainty around AI, geopolitics and the broader market, there's a possibility that investors price in a much worse outcome than what actually happens i'm watching how price reacts at those key levels because sentiment can shift pretty quickly once the selling pressure starts to fade

Elon Musk’s daughter lives in Los Angeles with three roommates because it’s cheaper. She says she has no inheritance from the richest man in the world. Her name is Vivian Wilson. She is one of Elon’s children with his first wife, Justine. In 2022, at 18, she went to court to change her name. Her filing said she no longer wished to be related to her biological father in any way, shape or form. Two years later, Musk said in an interview that his child had been killed by the woke mind virus. She answered publicly. She called him uncaring and narcissistic. Most people still assume she lives on his money. She doesn’t. “I don’t have hundreds of thousands of dollars at my disposal,” she told New York magazine. “College is expensive. I don’t have that inheritance.” She says she can afford food, she has friends, a roof over her head and a little spending money. That’s it. She only became financially independent after she landed a Teen Vogue cover in 2025. Now she models and walks runways at New York Fashion Week. Her father is worth hundreds of billions. She splits rent four ways. Is walking away from a billionaire parent’s money strength or pride? Follow me for more stories like this.

Kenneth Copeland is a preacher reportedly worth up to $760 million. He owns three private jets, and he says regular passengers are the reason he can’t fly commercial. In the video below, a reporter catches him in his car and asks him about it. In an old video with another preacher, Copeland explained why he won’t fly with ordinary people. He said he didn’t want to get into “a long tube with a bunch of demons.” His ministry’s 1,500-acre campus near Dallas–Fort Worth has its own airstrip and hangar. One of his jets is a Gulfstream he bought from Tyler Perry. When Inside Edition asked how much he paid for it, he said that was none of her business. Then he denied ever calling people demons. His followers are mostly ordinary people who send donations to his ministry. Most of them have never been on a private jet. Would you still give money to a pastor who calls people like you demons, or would that be the moment you walk out?

i'm getting more cautious on risk assets as the momentum in equities starts to weaken stocks have had an incredible run since late 2022, with AI leading much of the upside, but we're starting to see signs of slowing momentum and pressure on some of the largest companies if equities enter a broader correction, i expect crypto to face significant selling pressure as investors reduce risk across their portfolios there's an argument that Bitcoin could hold up better as an inflation hedge, but historically, investors have still sold BTC during periods of broader market stress i think the direction of equities is one of the most important things to watch for crypto rn

i think some of the biggest opportunities around Hyperliquid over the next few years could come from the applications built on top of it equity perps are particularly interesting to me. Hyperliquid is heavily focused on infrastructure, which leaves room for teams to build better mobile trading experiences and gamified front ends i'm also watching Kinetiq and its upcoming Elysium L2 HyperEVM has struggled to attract significant activity, and a faster execution environment could create new opportunities for developers and applications across the ecosystem i expect the next phase of competition around Hyperliquid to be increasingly focused on the user experience

had a pretty interesting conversation with @brian_armstrong during the Coinbase earnings call one thing that stood out was how much effort Coinbase put into improving the regulatory environment after FTX, while continuing to build out its consumer products i think Coinbase is in an interesting position as traditional finance and crypto converge, especially with its combination of trading products, custody, institutional services and onchain infrastructure through Base

I’ve lived in several high-functioning multiracial countries. Nothing beats a homogeneous society for us. If you’re unsure, travel first. I’ve never been more certain of anything in my life. “I’d rather the White kid delivers the food even if it costs more and the service is worse than the Indian man.”

the tradexyz partnership with Intercontinental Exchange, the parent company of the NYSE, is a pretty big development for Hyperliquid i've been in crypto for almost nine years, and US traders have historically had very limited access to perpetual futures now we're seeing traditional financial institutions taking a much greater interest in bringing these products to US markets i think this could be a major step toward making perps a mainstream financial product, with Hyperliquid potentially playing an important role in the infrastructure behind it there's also a significant opportunity for stablecoins as more trading activity and liquidity move onchain

i can be extremely bullish on a chart one week and completely bearish the next if price action invalidates my original thesis all-time high breakouts are a good example. they used to be some of the easiest trades in crypto, especially back in 2017 now failed breakouts can lead to aggressive sell-offs as everyone rushes to exit the same trade i think a lot of traders struggle with accepting that the market has changed direction, and by the time they do, a significant part of the move has already happened

the way crypto trades around all-time highs has changed significantly since 2017 back then, buying new highs was one of my most reliable setups. by 2021, i started getting punished for trading those breakouts the same way markets began consolidating around previous highs, breaking out briefly, then reversing aggressively i've had to adapt by paying much closer attention to failed breakouts and how price reacts when it retests key levels with equities also showing signs of weakness, i'm watching the NASDAQ and S&P 500 closely a normal 10% correction in stocks could still create significant downside pressure for crypto
