Exploring Quantum Ecosystems #1 - @QRLedger Based on quantum readiness, QRLedger is s-tier. It is quantum-safe, upgradeable and has been battle-tested for 8 years. Within QRL, layers of applications are being built thanks to 2.0, which brings smart contracts to the network. Let's take a look inside ↓↓ ___________ Most chains, Bitcoin and Ethereum included, sign transactions with elliptic curve signatures, and a large enough quantum computer running Shor's algorithm could figure out a private key from a public key and exploit that vulnerability. QRL signs with hash-based signatures instead, which Shor's algorithm does not break. Its PoW network, QRL 1.x, uses XMSS where every address holds a fixed number of one-time keys and each signature uses up one of them, which is why QRL wallets keep track of which key index comes next. QRL was built this way from block 0. Ethereum's own roadmap, by comparison, targets about 2029 for its post-quantum transition. Its PoS network, QRL 2.0, aka Project Zond (still on testnet), opened up a whole new world of possibilities for and flexibility for more applications to build on Qrl. 2.0 is EVM compatible and it has its own contract language - Hyperion. V2 is the current release. It signs with ML-DSA-87, the NIST standard formerly known as Dilithium5, and it is upgradeable. What's being built 1. Wallets .1.x wallets - web and desktop wallet, the mobile wallet, the Ledger Nano app and Zeus (an experimental multi-platform client) .2.0 wallets - MyQRLWallet (built with @DigitalGuards) offering web, Android, desktop & browser extension wallets, and QRL's own Web3 Wallet is a Chromium extension 2. Explorers & Data .ZondScan - the explorer for the 2.0 testnet .@QuantaScan - explorer that covers both networks .QRL Now is a market dashboard across exchanges .Quantum Bubble Maps - draws the 1.x wallets and the clusters between them .@chainalysis - transaction monitoring tool 3. Core & Dev tools .go-qrl - for execution .Qrysm - for consensus .Hyperion /Web3.js /QRLLIB - for the 1.x cryptography .qrl-cli - for 1.x wallets and transfers .WalletConnect - lets dApps talk to MyQRLWallet over a post-quantum encrypted relay. 4. DeFi .QuantaPool - a liquid staking app where you stake QRL and receive stQRL .QuantaSwap - swaps QRL for ETH across chains using hashed timelocks .AcornSwap - a port of Uniswap V2 and V3 to Hyperion .PQlyMarket - a YES/NO prediction market .ARQL Bridge - moves USDC from Circle's Arc testnet onto QRL 2.0 as a QRC-20 token .QRC20 Factory & QRL 2.0 Token Generator - lets anyone deploy a token 5. Apps .PeerQuanta - a p2peer marketplace with encrypted chat .talkrypt - a post-quantum chat prototype .Squirrel Game is an on-chain NFT strategy game. .Quantrix, Discus, Fermion & Valence - private messaging + decentralized storage .QRLphone 6. Mining, exchanges & compliance .HeroMiners & @MiningOcean_org - run mining pools, .@MEXC, @XTexchange & @biconomy - centralised exchanges to trade $QRL Team & Partners. .@petewaterland, @jackalyst, @craig_clement, @Joseph_Kearney, @Strike_Attack, @OfficialUoM and others. Many of the unoffiicial projects are still new, and on testnet in 2.0 that's why they don't have handles yet. Also, there are memecoins but I did not to add them because they aren't building serious applications on Qrl. That's all for now.
Quantum Tier List (2026) Everyone says their chain is quantum ready but only a few can prove it. 👇 I ranked 34 "quantum" projects including the 28 on @Mars_DeFi's list based on • quantum safety • upgradability • testnet/mainnet • age + size • privacy feature S .@QRLedger - every wallet has used XMSS feature, a hash-based signature quantum computers can't crack, it has been live since 2018, with multiple audits. A .@QuantusNetwork - uses quantum-safe ML-DSA signatures by default, but mainnet only launched this September. .Abelian - quantum-safe lattice signatures since 2022, but its own custom design haa no public crypto audit. .@tidecoin - uses Falcon, a quantum-safe signature, on every transaction since 2020, but it's a tiny network. .@cellframenet wallets use Dilithium, a quantum-safe signature, by default, but adoption is small. .@QoreChain - every transaction needs a quantum-safe ML-DSA signature, but mainnet only went live in June this year. .@NeptunePrivacy - spending uses hash-based proofs, but it's a young chain. .@NEARProtocol - quantum-safe ML-DSA keys are live since Jul 2026, and you can switch your account to them anytime. .@Algorand - quantum-safe Falcon accounts are live since Aug 2026, and you can move an existing wallet over. B .@Starknet - its proofs are quantum-safe, but your wallet keys aren't yet, and the safe wallet is just a demo. .@solana - an outside team built a quantum-safe vault you can opt into, the chain itself isn't quantum safe. .@NervosNetwork - an optional quantum-safe lock exists, but you have to move funds into it. .@trondao - quantum-safe Falcon and ML-DSA keys are being tested on its testnet. .@tezos - testing quantum-safe ML-DSA accounts on a special testnet. .@QANplatform - is integrating quantum-safe Dilithium signatures, but still on testnet only. .@quipnetwork - building earky stage quantum-safe accounts for coins on other chains, still on testnet. .@Aptos - its quantum-safe SLH-DSA accounts are coded but still waiting for a governance vote to switch it on. .@SuiNetwork - made its first quantum-safe transaction on a dev network this month, and mainnet is targeted for 2027. .@Tensorcash - you can create quantum-safe ML-DSA addresses, but it's a small, new network. .Bitcoin BIP-360, a proposal for quantum-safe addresses, is still a draft C .@ethereum - still researching quantum-safe upgrades, most likely years away. .@zksync - its proofs are quantum-safe, but user accounts aren't. .@Zcash - plans for quantum-safe signatures, but nothing shipped yet. .Qoneqt - claims a quantum-safe vault, but can't verify anything yet. .@injective - said last week it started building toward a quantum future, but no details yet. .@monad - quantum-safe keys are still on their roadmap. .@aztecnetwork no quantum plan or anything substantial published yet but Mars included it in his list .@mindnetwork_xyz - focuses on encryption, not quantum-safe signatures but seems they frame that as quantum .@NexusMutual - security-focused imo, no quantum plan .@Qubic - quantum-themed only, maybe to join the hype, but little real quantum-safe tech. .@GeeqOfficial - only security claims, no quantum details .AME Chain - claims to be quantum-secure, little public proof .QuStream - quantum claims, little public detail Bottom line: Most of crypto still runs on keys a quantum computer could break. Only one project here clears every bar today and that's @QRLedger. But there's room for growth and tech like this would take years to perfect👌

A better post quantum computer signature scheme does not fix a wallet. A signature upgrade does not move your coins. Miss the migration deadline, and the protocol will not sign for you. Migration is not somebody else’s job. It's the job of the user. Every holder will have to perform their own wallet migration. This is personal accountability once the tech is ready, which it isn't yet. Self custody, even before the hardware wallet hacks has shown that many people can be resistant. Ready is not migrated.

Maybe 80% of the post-quantum debate comes from not separating a signature scheme upgrade from a full chain migration. New post-quantum signature schemes are believed to be secure. The open questions are whether users will move their coins before a CRQC (or confiscation), and what percentage of the chain will actually migrate. Honestly, no judgement. The topic is genuinely complex.

If your post quantum blockchain project says “quantum secure", but lives on a classical blockchain, it is not what you say it is. This includes ERC20s, BRC20s, XYZ and LMNOP20s. Tokens inherit the cryptography of the chain they live on. No token gets a security exemption for being popular.

A bank can patch its systems overnight. Revoke old keys. Lock the doors. A blockchain can’t. No admin can move your coins for you. Every user has to sign their own migration. That’s the single biggest difference, and almost no one is pricing it in.

Do you know the difference between misinformation and disinformation? Most people use the terms interchangeably. They shouldn’t. It's easy to do. Misinformation is false or inaccurate information shared without intent to deceive (usually a mistake or unverified share). Disinformation is false or misleading information deliberately created and spread to deceive or manipulate. The key difference is intent.

Two quantum attacks on Bitcoin: Fast: steal your key from the mempool before your transaction confirms. Needs a very fast CRQC. Slow: the key is already on-chain. No clock. No deadline. Take as long as you need. The slow one comes first.

To: @Support @Safety @singhai @benjitaylor Please Assist. FYI: @dexscreener @base The base:0x37696cd8f723ce541ac376f79fc109080e505ba3 Cashtag on X points to a token that is not QRL. The Quantum Resistant Ledger is an independent, post-quantum secure Layer-1 blockchain, live since 2018. QRL is not a token on Base, Ethereum, Solana, or any other chain. Right now, tapping the QRL Cashtag on X shows the chart for an unaffiliated Base ERC-20, created April 3, 2026, that copies our name and ticker: 0x37696cd8f723ce541ac376f79fc109080e505ba3 This token has no connection to QRL. It already has 92 holders and roughly $6,000 in buyer ETH in its trading pool, people who may believe they bought QRL. Please don't buy it, and don't rely on the QRL Cashtag for price info until this is fixed. What we've done so far: - Reported to X Support on Oct 6, followed up Oct 15 - Contacted the Cashtag data partners - Posted a public warning on Oct 12 What we're asking X: Map the QRL Cashtag to the native QRL asset, or show it as ambiguous with no default contract Stop defaulting to any Base contract that uses our name. Dozens of clones exist, so removing one won't solve it. For those copied FYI: - Cashtag partners: Please help route this to the team that owns asset mapping - DEX Screener & Base: Please flag this contract as impersonating QRL We're glad to provide any verification needed. Proof of the real QRL in the reply below 👇 📢 QRL community, we need your help: 🔁 Repost this so it reaches the right people at X 💬 Reply below if the QRL Cashtag has misled you or someone you know 🚩 Report the token anywhere you see it promoted as QRL The more visibility this gets, the faster it gets fixed. Thank you.

“My BTC is in a hashed address, so I’m quantum safe.” Not quite. There are slow attacks and fast attacks. This would qualify as a fast attack. A hash buys time. The moment you spend, your public key is broadcast to every node. And if you reuse that address, the coins left on it stay exposed forever.

Your wallet could be quantum-resistant. Your BTC could still crash. If a quantum computer steals one old 50 BTC reward, would you wait to see which wallet is next? “Bitcoin will just upgrade” leaves one massive problem unsolved. 👇

To break one Bitcoin key with a classical supercomputer, under absurdly generous assumptions: hundreds of times the age of the universe. With a CRQC running Shor’s, it’s no longer a time problem. It’s an engineering problem.

Everyone’s racing to tokenize real-world assets. Treasuries. Funds. Property titles. But the token is on-chain. The asset is not. If the holder or admin key is elliptic curve, a quantum computer doesn’t need to touch the asset. It just signs a valid transfer of the token that says you own it. No exploit. No anomaly. The chain can’t tell owner from attacker. Your claim on the real-world asset is only as strong as the signature securing it.

Replying to @Strike_Attack
@Strike_Attack vs @VantaxFounder Real talk. Different breeds. QRL / Strike ✅ Raised ~$4.16M in 2017 ICO ✅ Core team + foundation + resources for years ✅ Network engineer / evangelist background, stable career path ✅ Talking quantum migration since 2020 from an established project ✅ Long-running mainnet (since 2018) Me / Vantax ✅ Zero VC. Zero ICO. Built with my own time and money ✅ Solo shipping open-source Rust tools right now ✅ From the trenches building the actual scanners, hybrid signing, on-chain commitments, and launchable PQ chains today ✅ No glass towers. No endless support. Just code, whitepaper, and live tools ✅ Focused on what works now for Solana, Bitcoin, Ethereum (hybrid ML-DSA-87 + migration path), not waiting for perfect consensus upgrades One side had funding, a team, and years of runway. The other is shipping practical post-quantum tools with nothing but grit. We’re not the same. Different starting points. Different constraints. Different results.

I read every post-quantum migration proposal so you do not have to. Each one has to answer 3 questions: What happens to exposed keys? What happens to lost keys? Who has to move, and by when? Most skip all three. Ready is not migrated.

But, what is the REAL problem behind how Quantum Computers may attack Bitcoin? If you can understand this, you get it. 4,817 × 9,203 = 44,330,851 Easy. Now I give you 44,330,851. Find the two numbers. That’s the “hard direction.” Bitcoin’s security lives inside a version of that problem. Shor’s algorithm is the quantum shortcut that makes the hard direction easy.
