As a former prosecutor, I agree with the saying that any prosecutor “can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich.”
So when the grand jury refused to indict Cassidy Hutchinson, that means there was no real evidence. Another huge embarrassment for the corrupt @AGToddBlanche.
Breaking news: A grand jury rejected the DOJ’s attempt to indict former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson for the account she gave lawmakers of President Trump’s actions during the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol, according to people familiar with the matter. wapo.st/4jFAkbz

Fox Island is one example of how child abuse commodified in America. This video speaks of what the government knew, the kind of money that was made and the men of power who visited the island. The American government has no plausible deniability. What we need to understand today is how the money moved and who profited. Take it from me, it’s the horses and cows that are the real problem. They jump up on the panels and make a real mess of the glass when they go stomping around on them. And we won’t talk about the manure problem !

Justice for Alex and the other Americans who were extrajudicially executed by this corrupt, cruel regime.
Alex Pretti's mother: The federal government went on TV and lied about Alex. They tried to slander Alex to cover up their crime. We want to clear our son's name, and the world to understand who Alex really was. We want our son's killers brought to justice once and for all. We are begging for the Department of Justice to hold the men who murdered our son accountable for what they did.

That’s Ken Paxton — and I don’t know about y’all, but I’m done picking up his tab.

Viva democracy!
The only thing keeping America from descending into the dark abyss of 1938 Nazi Germany is the fierce, unyielding shield of our federal courts.
Today, justice has roared. A grand jury stood as the ultimate wall against tyranny, completely rejecting the corrupt Department of Justice's desperate attempt to indict a true patriot. Cassidy Hutchinson showed the world what absolute courage looks like when she stood before lawmakers and exposed the raw, terrifying truth of Donald Trump’s plot to overthrow American democracy during the infamous January 6th attack on the U.S. Capitol.
They tried to silence her, they tried to punish her bravery, but the system held. Tyranny blinked, democracy won, and the truth remains undefeated.

Important conversation, looking at risks of a Netanyahu attack on Iran while new govt. forms. I've been arguing along the lines of @DavidZaikin, despite great respect for @citrinowicz. To be clear: I don't doubt Bibi will push to attack, but I do doubt he'll be allowed to.
Three flaws in your argument:
1. The United States and Israel have already prepared the operational plans for another military campaign against Iran, which could reportedly be launched within 96 hours of a political decision. Netanyahu has spoken with Trump dozens of times in recent weeks, and there are strong indications that Trump is considering renewed military action after the midterm elections.
2. But there is another dimension that deserves attention. Tehran military doctrine has undergone a fundamental transformation, shifting from forward defense to what can be described as forward offense. Iran is now much more willing to respond directly and aggressively to perceived threats. Netanyahu understands this very well. He could therefore seek to provoke an Iranian response through Israeli military actions, creating the justification for a broader Israeli attack if Trump ultimately decides against launching an American operation.
3. It is also important to understand how decisions are made in Israel. The political leadership makes the decisions, and the military is expected to implement them. There is no general legal prohibition, even now, on launching a military operation, although the applicable authorization requirements depend on its nature and expected consequences. Netanyahu exercises enormous influence over the security cabinet, and if a lawful decision to attack Iran is made, the IDF chief of staff would face a choice between implementing it and potentially stepping.
I suggest you listen to what Eisenkot said in his speech tonight. He clearly recognizes this danger and understands that it is a real and tangible threat. Unfortunately, I believe your analysis seriously underestimates this risk and is therefore deeply flawed.
