More Collingwood players expected to follow Ruby out the door.
The Bulldogs still considered the front-runner for Tarni White, who's close with Mikala Cann, while Lauren Butler has interest from rivals.
Contracted vice-captain Jordyn Allen set to explore a trade again, too.

Hate this so much. Use the spot as intended. This is just disrespecting the AFL’s genuine attempt to promote pathways to a professional career for Indigenous juniors.
Using a rookie spot on a delisted 32yo would be the wrong decision from a football and development perspective.

The AFL is considering another shift to the AFLW season start date, bringing it forward to June, more double headers (particularly at Marvel Stadium), and the first round across two weeks.
With this plan, the AFLW Grand Final would be played within two weeks of the men's Grand Final. @7AFL @7NewsMelbourne @1116sen @WomensFootyAFL 👇
"The AFL at the moment is considering bringing the AFLW season forward."
We could be set for an AFLW fixture shakeup according to @tommorris32.

Collingwood’s AFLW environment is dysfunctional and there are many disgruntled players.
- They offered a one year deal, then upped it to 2 for captain Ruby Schleicher. If she leaves, it will likely be for a WA team.
- They are yet to formally offer a deal for Bri Davey. It’s likely to be 1 year.
- 4 Clubs are chasing Tarni White, who has been excellent this season.
Then Bonnici, Allen (contracted), Rowe, Butler & Breed have uncertain futures too. Possible mass exodus incoming. Details 👇@7AFL @1116sen

Bought AI posters of the 'guilty cheats', stood on the wrong streets with cans and pyro for hours, watched a decoy bus drive past, shouted 'cheats' for 20 minutes, watched Manchester City batter their team 0-3 at Anfield, went home early.
Bad day to be a Liverpool fan. 😂

Sounds like the Pies are coming up a little.....Short
YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
Richmond is keen on pick 28 for Jayden Short, which is the Pies second-rounder. Collingwood seems very unwilling to hand over that selection. Collingwood's next pick is 65. That can change but Short has plenty of football left at 30. Seems like there is very little point to trade him for a throw-away pick. He was still seventh in the b-and-f. Both clubs a fair way apart

Jesse Hogan's move to Collingwood was first floated by former teammate Lachie Schultz midway through the year.
But Schultz wasn't the only connection that helped get the deal over the line, with seven other Magpies playing a role in luring Hogan from GWS.
