Hans-Hermann Hoppe does NOT believe in the Holocaust (def. = industrial and targeted killing of primarily Jews between 1933 and 1945). Neither did Rothbard, whom Hoppe repeatedly named as his foremost authority on revisionist history.
For reasons beyond my understanding, people still aren't ready for Rothbard the historian.
Hoppe said as much as he safely/reasonably could, knowing that if he ever returned to Germany, Austria, or elsewhere in Europe (the collective West), he could be met by police and thrown into a cage; simply for moving his tongue and shaping air into words in a certain, "illegal" manner.
People need to read between the lines; it’s painfully obvious.
