NELFUND is either;
A) unsustainable
or B) Subsidy Prt 2 (in the sense that the cost will soon balloon past what we can afford, not in the sense that ALL subsidies are bad)
In BOTH cases, it doesn’t even come close to fixing the quality problem of public tertiary education.
NO politician has said ANYTHING about this. In fact, this is elementary critique that should be obvious to anyone from the very first day the bill was passed.
NO presidential aspirant has raised this point. They’ve all allowed APC to tack it firmly on their list of achievements, even when it’s basically a political handout (you people will see it when you see the results from university campuses).
You have to wonder, whose fault is this? Definitely not APC’s!
In the end, this just proves to me that the opposition is even more retarded (or more desperate) than the ruling party.
