Part 7, 8 & 9 take place in its own original timeline, it's an Alternate Universe take on the Original Universe. Part 7 and Part 1 take place roughly around the same period But Part 8 that's supposed to be around when DiU (1999) takes place is around 2011

Part 1-6 are the Original Universe, Pucci death creates the New Universe resetting it to time before they die, all the history from the Original Universe remains the same, but with new souls for those who should still be alive at that period in time, hence Irene Cujoh and Anakiss
