Chrisanna Elser filed a federal class-action suit on Oct. 5, 2026 (Elser v. Flock Group, 1:26-cv-04977, D. Colo.) against Flock Safety, Columbine Valley, Bow Mar, Sgt. Jamie Milliman, and Chief Bret Cottrell. It claims warrantless Flock ALPR tracking violated her Fourth Amendment rights after a false $25 package-theft accusation based solely on her Rivian’s location data. The summons was voided once she proved she was elsewhere. She seeks damages, class status for Coloradans, and restrictions on searches and data retention. Case is early-stage.

Multiple reports, including The Newsground's June 2026 investigation using leaked Russian banking/corporate records and Atomic Computer's network analysis, confirm Elfsight (Russian-founded, still operating there) code ran in the official White House app. Founders kept Alfa Bank and Tinkoff accounts after US/EU sanctions. White House stated it passed security review and later limited the code.
