Over the long weekend, police visibility in some areas will be increased. Some officers will have lights on their uniforms and community members may notice enhanced lighting on police vehicles when officers are on directed patrols or engaged in community policing, or anytime magnifying police presence is important. Project Magnify will help people enjoy their neighbourhoods, places of worship and public spaces with a greater sense of security, while providing opportunities for community members to engage with police.
