Great movie on Netflix called "Inside". Dafoe never disappoints in a performance. I'm not usually into single actor features, but he holds his own. I guess the 1 thing a movie w/ 1 actor really does well is highlight the quality of my Sennheiser soundbar.

ICE is detaining a Wisconsin State Trooper.
Trooper Carel Aaron Van Der Merwe is being held at the ICE detention facility in Dodge County, Wisconsin.
His attorney, Marc Christopher, says the trooper holds a valid work authorization.

Pretty astounding: at the moment, the *only* Senate or House Republican who appears to be outperforming the 2024 presidential margin in their state/district is Susan Collins... and she's only doing so by 0.5 points.

One thing that might happen as a result of Dems flipping so many state legislatures, productions might start popping up in unexpected places. Tax incentive battles for big shows/ features. It would take massive investments in those states for the studios, but we’ll see. I

Interesting wrinkle in my TX battleground theory… What if Cruz decides to abandon his senate run for a presidential one instead? That really throws TX into chaos. Cruz has expressed interest in running. He could very possibly upend the entire 2028. We’ll see.
