Oracle7 is playing Pokémon Ruby, live, at the game’s real speed. There’s no language model inside.
The cart is a real one: Pokémon Ruby version 1.2, dumped with a GB Operator using read-only commands. The game runs on our machine and streams to the page at 30 fps.
Oracle7 holds one goal: beat the game. That goal comes from the cart itself. The Hall of Fame script ends with special GameClear, and that line is the target.
To work out what that takes, the gameplay satellite reads every person, trigger and script on the cart (pret’s text disassembly of the same cart) and every map layout in the ROM. From that it found that the road to the Hall of Fame needs Cut, Rock Smash, Strength, Surf and Waterfall. The cart’s own menu code says field move n needs badge n+1. So Cut needs badge 1, and the first real step is to battle Roxanne.
It works backward from the goal to the step it can take now, and it writes the reason down. When the game turns it back, it reads why from the scripts and adds a step.
In a test from a saved game, it was turned back on the road west. So it battled the rival, took the Pokédex to Birch, and crossed to Rustboro. Its first try in Roxanne’s gym ended in a loss to one of her trainers. The game sent it back to Oldale. It walked the whole way back, Torchic became Combusken, and it beat Roxanne for the Stone Badge. The video has highlights from that run, every clip at the game’s real speed, with its written reasons beside the screen.
In later tests it got HM01 and taught Cut itself through the bag menu, checking each step against the game’s memory. It beat the Aqua grunt in Rusturf Tunnel and sailed on Mr. Briney’s boat to Dewford.
Not built yet: training before hard fights, planned healing trips, catching.
Watch it live, every choice and its reason:

Oracle7: what’s coming
Oracle7 is a mind you can check. It has no language model. Every answer comes from its store through steps you can read, and when it can’t get there, it says so instead of guessing. Two versions are coming together, 10.5 and 11.0, and six satellites ship inside them.
10.5: the head receives
Holes. When Oracle7 can’t answer, it opens a hole and tells you what would fill it.
Claims and corrections. Tell it a fact and it keeps it with who said it. Correct an answer and it checks your correction the same way it checks itself, and shows you both.
Held-back readings. When it has a reading it isn’t sure of, it shows you the reading and its steps, marked as held back. It never states one as an answer.
Sleep. Each night it goes back over the day’s holes, looks for what fills them, and tests every repair before keeping it.
Tighter checks on every answer. An answer has to be the kind the question asks for: a date, a number, a yes or no. Every name the question writes has to be used in the reading. “Half as many” counts as a number it has to read. A passage answer has to come from a sentence about the question’s own subject.
11.0: parts
A repair becomes a part: a small signed file with its own exam.
A part gets in only if it passes questions it has never seen, with no new wrong answers. Bad parts are refused; all 18 we planted were.
Parts can come from Oracle7’s own sleep, or from anyone, through one command, signed and examined the same way.
The six satellites
Vision reads charts. It counts bars standing up or lying sideways, and it reads which colour belongs to which bar.
Trafficcop sends each request to the specialist that can handle it. It now reads sentences like “it opens on the source but not on the copy”, and it learns words from cases it has already routed.
DeepSpace runs fault protection for a spacecraft. It now notices when the power budget is running short and sheds loads before damage, and its tests run all the time on its own records.
Chameleon builds working forms from a dataset, a web page or an API, checks each answer against what it captured, and opens a local working copy you can edit, query and export without touching the source. It passes all its behaviour checks on Linux, in a locked-down browser.
Artist makes pictures from a library of shapes cut from real photos. It now draws on the whole library, more than 3,000 shapes, and colours the object itself rather than the whole frame.
Sensors watches a plant through cheap sensors. It learns each sensor’s normal and calls a fault only when the reading leaves it, which cut false alarms by more than a third without missing a single real fault.
How it’s getting finished
Every wrong answer is traced back along its receipt to the step that made it. Failures that share a step are fixed together at that step, many at once, and a fix stays only if it loses no right answer. Today that took our reference set from four or five wrong answers a night to zero.
All of it ships in one download, every file hashed and the release anchored on Solana, so anyone can check what they’re running.

Netanyahu’s Blackmail on Trump | Anime Episode 1
(had to animate it for those who can’t read lol)
Under pressure from Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the Trump administration may be within days of launching a nuclear strike on Iran. The target would be Pickax Mountain in central Iran, where Israeli intelligence claims the Iranian government has restarted its nuclear enrichment program. No conventional weapon in the American arsenal can penetrate 300 feet of solid granite to destroy the tunnels where enrichment is supposedly taking place. The only military option is a nuclear strike. Netanyahu has been pushing hard for one. “Bibi calls Trump about it every day,” says an informed observer.
Netanyahu is cornered and desperate. After last week’s election results, he can’t form a government unless Trump intervenes directly in Israeli politics and brokers a deal with other parties that gives Netanyahu 61 seats in the Knesset. Otherwise, he is out as prime minister and on his way to ignominy, investigations and possibly jail. Netanyahu must stay close to Trump. He needs this war.
To that end, he’s applied maximum pressure to his closest allies in the administration, including Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and CENTCOM commander Brad Cooper. Both oppose a negotiated settlement to the war they’ve so grievously mismanaged; both are pushing to restart major combat operations. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and CIA director John Ratcliffe are also following Netanyahu’s lead, as are leaders of the Democratic Party. In a recent meeting on the subject, former president Barack Obama said he opposes the current Iran peace deal being drafted in Doha.
The rest of America’s longtime allies in the Middle East are terrified by the prospect of more war. On September 27th, Netanyahu flew secretly to Abu Dhabi to enlist the UAE in his lobbying effort for a final attack on Iran. The Emiratis refused. After eight months of conflict, Gulf economies are teetering. So are global energy and fertilizer markets. They won’t recover soon. Globally, there are a total of about 850 supertankers used to transport oil from producers to the rest of the world. In October alone, 11 of them were badly damaged in Hormuz. At this pace, a global depression is imminent. A nuclear strike would radically accelerate the destruction. Fallout from a ground explosion at Pickax Mountain would contaminate the Persian Gulf, poisoning the water supply for 100 million people.
And those are just some of the immediate consequences for the region. The rest of the world is every bit as exposed. No country other than the United States has ever used a nuclear weapon in war. Some would like to. An American nuclear attack on Iran would set a new precedent. The Russians have already told at least two other governments that an American nuclear strike on Iran would free them to use nuclear weapons against Ukraine. Pakistan and India would be tempted to do the same against each other, as would North Korea against Seoul. After the first nuclear strike, World War Three is inevitable. That war would be short and final.
We’ve been sleepwalking toward this moment for months. Since February, the administration has quietly rewritten America’s nuclear doctrine to make first use of so-called “battlefield nukes” easier and therefore more likely. No one in Washington in either party seems bothered by this. Now we’re on the brink of it.
Close observers say Trump is likely to decide by next weekend whether or not to use nuclear weapons. That would be November 7, six days from now. To his credit, he’s hesitating. At the moment, Trump is listening to his vice president, JD Vance, and to his envoy and friend Steve Witkoff, both of whom argue a deal with Iran can be made.
They’re right, though it won’t be simple. The Iranians are famously frustrating to negotiate with under any circumstances, and elements of that government have become more radical since Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and his family were killed in February. After decades of isolation, even relatively moderate Iranian leaders seem confused by how decisions are made in the West. (There is a widespread belief in Tehran, for example, that the United States government controls Israel.) But overall, people who have spoken to decision-makers in Iran say there is consensus there that more war is bad for everyone and a deal is worth making.
One group that hasn’t been consulted so far is the global population — the hundreds of millions of people who will be killed along with their children if Trump is pushed by Netanyahu into launching a nuclear strike next week. Now would be the time for them to speak up.
