Democrats in Trenton have truly lost their collective minds. Now they want to BAN chewing gum??? Hold the line!!!

There are far too many horrific headlines & far too much silence from Trenton Democrats. From an officer seriously injured to an 11-year-old girl sexually assaulted, both at the hands of violent, criminal illegal aliens. These stories demand action. It’s way past time to END New Jersey’s dangerous sanctuary policies before more people get hurt.

Parental rights wins. Always.

If Andy Kim spent as much time fixing problems here in New Jersey as he does visiting places like Iowa and New Hampshire, we’d all be better off. New Jersey comes last, even for our own U.S. Senators. We deserve SO much better.

My thoughts and prayers are with Middle Township Police Officer Austin Kapurelos for a full and speedy recovery after he was struck by a drunk driver reportedly in this country illegally. We are praying for his family, his fellow officers, and everyone standing beside him as he recovers. Enough is enough. Governor Murphy and Sherrill’s support for sanctuary policies that limit cooperation with federal immigration authorities puts radical politics ahead of public safety and common sense. Our brave police officers deserve leaders who stand behind them, not policies that stand in the way of enforcing our laws. How many more headlines like this do we need before Trenton does the right thing and puts an END to New Jersey’s sanctuary state status? Austin deserves justice. It is my hope that the coward responsible is held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.

BREAKING: A new poll shows that 82% of New Jerseyans support voter ID. Almost 3/4 of them support proof of citizenship. The Governor has indicated she’d sign a voter ID bill. Her party controls both chambers of the legislature. She doesn’t need one Republican vote to get this done. So what is the hold up? The citizens of New Jersey are counting on Trenton to deliver and SECURE our elections!

Today is a big day. East Point Lighthouse will officially reopen to the public in just one week. This is one of New Jersey’s true gems, a place that celebrates our fishing heritage, draws visitors to the Bayshore, and connects us to the natural beauty of our coast, from horseshoe crabs to migrating monarchs. Assemblymen Simonsen and McClellan and I have been fighting for East Point since 2019, working to protect its history and keep its doors open to the public. Thank you to the County, Commissioner Potosnak, NJDEP, and the countless volunteers and supporters who pushed tirelessly to reopen East Point. I will never stop fighting for our Bayshore communities and South Jersey.

New Jersey is too damn expensive. Making it more affordable shouldn’t be a partisan issue. I’ll work with anyone to make sure our kids and grandkids can afford a future right here in the Garden State.

On July 21, we learned that 6,600 noncitizens had been registered to vote and hundreds had cast ballots. I immediately called for an end to automatic voter registration at MVC offices and renewed my call for voter ID. Weeks later, the Governor said she would sign a voter ID bill. Yet the legislature still hasn’t brought it up for a vote. Today, the Governor announced another potential 1,000 registration discrepancies linked to the MVC. The more her administration digs, the more problems it finds. Enough is enough. We must end automatic voter registration at the MVC. I support the legislation Senators Bucco and Corrado recently introduced to do exactly that. The Senate must also bring the voter ID bill I’ve cosponsored, S-68, up for a vote. These failures demand swift, decisive action, not more promises of “safeguards.” New Jerseyans are counting on us to secure our elections and restore their confidence. That confidence cannot be restored until we confront these issues head-on.

It is critical that we have all hands on deck to replenish our beaches so our shore communities can weather the winter and enjoy another great tourism season in the real South Jersey. It shouldn’t take a lawsuit to find out how bad New Jersey’s illegal voting saga really is. Noncitizens registering and casting votes in our elections was preventable. Voter ID is a common-sense safeguard that could have stopped it. That’s why I co-sponsored legislation to make voter ID the law in New Jersey. It has bipartisan support: Governor Sherrill has said she’d sign it into law! So, what is the Legislature waiting for? 🤔

A 6-year-old girl was kidnapped from her home and allegedly sexually assaulted by a man who was in this country illegally. One headline like this is one too many. As a father, I cannot imagine the pain this family is experiencing. Every parent deserves to know their children are safe, and New Jersey families deserve leaders who will put their safety first. But over the past few weeks, New Jerseyans have seen multiple instances of heinous crimes allegedly committed by people who are in this country illegally. We cannot continue accepting policies that allow dangerous criminals who have no legal right to remain here to stay in our communities. That is why we must immediately repeal New Jersey’s sanctuary state policies and ensure that state and local authorities cooperate with federal immigration officials to remove dangerous criminals from our communities.
