Homes belong to families, not mega-corporations. The Trump Administration is fighting for American families by implementing Section 1001 of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act which restricts large institutional investors from purchasing single-family homes.

Will this matter to K-12 schools who have or are still taking money for Confucius Classrooms in our Texas Public schools? Do lawmakers understand the importance of prohibiting foreign influence and ideologies that conflict with our constitutional republic, and love for America!? We say we honor our veterans. Do we do that by ho-humming CCP in our high schools? Side topic: Let's codify that superintendency eligibility includes military commanders+. Arguably FAR more relevant to the job than a person whose whole career was in the pub ed system.
The War Department has designated Confucius Institutes as a threat to our national security.

HOW It Started | HOW It’s Going Former BELTON ISD “Teacher of the Year” Pietro Giustino was sentenced to 78 months in federal prison after pleading GUILTY to possessing child sexual abuse material that included prepubescent minors. Feds found THOUSANDS of CSAM images on his devices… as well as videos of Belton High School girls that led to state charges of invasive visual recording. Giustino had taught in @BeltonISD since 2011 and traveled off-campus with students to school-related events… texasscorecard.com/local/fed… @TexasEd911 @0riettaRose #TxEd #TXLege

Incentivizing good guys is quite refreshing.
See something? Speak up. Report suspected fraud at america.gov/fraud. Your tip can help protect taxpayer dollars — and if it leads to criminal charges, you may qualify for a cash reward. Do your part for America.

A "keep your head down and mouth shut and you keep your job" attitude has no place inside our school system. A society that protects its children is a society worth having. End ALL NDAs. End All non-disparagement clauses. End ALL retaliation. INCENTIVIZE blowing the whistle - give staff LEGAL AID. Texas leaders can take a fantastic idea from "Project Safe Schools" - make the offer time-limited. Give them until Christmas morning to turn in every single covered-up crime - from fraud to grooming to targeting parents who speak up. Let's clean up Pub Ed and make Texas Schools Texan Again! @KenPaxtonTX @mayes_middleton @GovHotWheels_TX
The environment in most public schools is set up in ways that can enable this type of abuse. Most adults intuitively understand that for every predator who is caught, many more remain unnamed and in the shadows. The number of predators uncovered in public schools should not be normalized; it should continue to outrage communities and prompt demands that schools prioritize protections for children over the interests of predators. @TrueTexasTea @TexasEd911 @Bentley4Texas @pfisd

🚨 NEW: Kaylub Giamanco, the HERO father who TOOK OUT the Bend, Oregon elementary school shooter last week, tells the story for the first time "I started hearing children PLEADING for their lives. And then I started hearing gunfire and I just started army crawling faster and faster. And I told myself, this is probably the last thing that I'm ever going to do." "I have to go in. People are going to die." "I crawled through the bottom window that was shot out and continued onto the rug inside where there's a little breezeway with stairs." "And then the special needs classroom was to my left. At that point, I was on the ground on my hands and knees. I re-racked my weapon to make sure that a live round came so that I knew that I was ready to go." "And then I peeked through the window. And at this point I found my opportunity. And I'd seen a teacher on the left struggling with the gunman on the right with the rifle." "And I knew that they were on both sides of me, and I knew that he did not know that I was there. And so at that point I swung the door out and open and I stepped in and I fired." This man deserves the Presidential Medal of FREEDOM! 🇺🇸

Ban fluoride from being added into our water. Filter out hormones, plastics and viruses. Water is life, unless the govt makes it otherwise. Christian lawmakers who have studied the Holy Bible see "water" as powerful, and not just a symbol, throughout Salvation history. God has given you the chance to serve Him by placing you in office. Don't let the opportunity evaporate. Look around at all the problems we have. Including in education. Do some research. Talk to @RobertKennedyJr @DrOz Clean up the Texas drinking water. #GoAtTheRoots

END ALL FRAUD. Don't forget the school system.
We’ve spent $51 billion to combat homelessness in the past two decades, yet the U.S. homeless population increased 15%. One of the fraud rings charged today was paid $1.6 billion to have “body brokers” bring in homeless people for detox “treatment." They were then given sedatives so that they could never leave. This is the homelessness industrial complex at work. @spencerpratt

This could be very instructive for your young adult and still-in-school children. Watch it first and decide. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance.
The War on Fraud goes deeper than you think. And our work to dismantle it, and save American taxpayers billions, is just getting started. The War on Fraud continues.

Yes!!!! Nobody is above the law. Bro, when they start making the connection that NDAs have been used to cover-up crimes inside government, it's going to be RICO-Epic. We need state-level RICO laws, too, #txlege. Too weak, and also pls end School Electioneering so DAs will actually prosecute.
.@AGToddBlanche: "Whether you are a Democrat or a Republican, an elected official or an everyday citizen, nobody is above the law. If you commit crimes in violation of federal law, the Department of Justice will prosecute you."

🔥 OLD SCHOOL DISCIPLINE OR BUST 🔥 Have you seen the viral video alleged to be in Lubbock? Fight alleged to involve students and harming of teachers. 📱 What We See 1. This video only exists because a student had a phone. THANK GOODNESS. Without it? Zero chance the district releases anything. We need emergency phone access so parents and taxpayers can districts accountable. 🎥👀 2. Chaos from dress code. Except for the two men, you can’t tell students from “teachers.” Dress code is clearly not enforced. Analysis: When behavior is out of control → UNIFORMS. Cheaper, clearer, learning-ready. At minimum: enforce the dress code and natural hair colors. Teachers (except PE coaches) must look like professional adults. 3. Fights aren’t new. But it’s refreshing to see male teachers actually intervene like the old days. Too many stand back as cowards. Even good kids who could stop it stay frozen - afraid of the aggressors and the admin who’ll label it “mutual combat” and ship everyone to DAEP. 👊➡️🚔 🎯 Root Cause of ALL of This - not in particular this ISD, but generally speaking??? Maybe it's a weak school board that defers to upper staff instead of leading. 📋😴 ✅ SOLUTIONS (Go Old School) Immediate, real consequences for code-of-conduct violations. “Downplay culture” is making schools dangerous. ⚡ Arrest the students. Touch a teacher = assault, not “discipline.” Teachers should seriously consider pressing charges. 👮 Arrest them publicly. When other kids see handcuffs, it deters. Right now they often see the perp stay on campus. 🚨 EXPEL. Stop chasing the funding dollar for a few high-maintenance violent kids. It drives off teachers and good families. Short-sighted. 🚪 Trustees must walk campuses weekly, unannounced. No more letting subordinates control what you see. 🚶🏫 Trustees must talk directly to parents, students, and teachers. No admin filter. 🗣️ Trustees must require staff to take behavior seriously in elementary & MONITOR IT. Stop throwing “feelings” and “affirmations” at problems. It’s making it worse. 🧒🛑 Trustees must require admin to CONSISTENTLY involve the parents. “Parents don’t care” isn’t an excuse to disengage. Educrats have trained parents to think school officials are the only experts. The more you exclude parents, the more true that becomes. 👨‍👩‍👧 Trustees must fire all Gen Y and beyond and pay twice as much for Gen X? 😂 (Just kidding… maybe.) Old school works. New school is failing kids and teachers. And we're paying for it in more ways than insanely high taxes. Not sharing the video, but it's viral. You'll come across it.
