What a way to end the season! The @BCSDBrunswickMS 7th-grade football team beat rival Strongsville 20-8. But the best moment came after the game! One of the football moms, Elizabeth Morgan, is battling cancer. Each player gave her a rose to remind her she isn't fighting alone. These boys are talented players, but what makes them special is how they show up for each other. Their friendships will last long after the season ends. Thank you to Coach Dye, Coach Athey, Coach Seigler, and Coach Albright for teaching football, teamwork, character, and how to be there for one another! #BrunswickPRIDE #GoBigBlue 📸 Melissa Chase

Hours before leading @BHSGoBigBlue @wickhsfb to a decisive Greater Cleveland Conference victory over Euclid, quarterback Connor Jamison made a special homecoming visit to @BCSDHRidge. Returning to the classrooms where his journey began, Connor spent the afternoon reading Better Than a Touchdown by @JalenHurts—a story about teamwork, perseverance, and supporting one another. The students were so excited as Connor fielded questions, sharing his lifelong passion for reading, learning, and football. Events like this highlight what makes our school district an incredible place to learn- the people! Thank you, Connor, for being an outstanding role model both on and off the field! #BrunswickPRIDE #JourneyOfABlueDevil
