As a small island state brain drain will not stop. Our brightest will leave because the mentorship & opportunities they deserve exist in developed economies (for now)

We are taking on 6 interns from Campion this summer. I am equipping them with the AI in @PhorosCloud & I estimate that they will be routinely producing results matching / exceeding senior consultants and developers for at-least three major Jamaican companies/institutions.
