The Jan 25 BoC 25-basis point increase was the lowest increase since March. Further good news is that there should be a pause on further hikes while they assess the impact the policy has had on inflation. If you have any questions about market activity, please give me a call.

The avg square footage of a Canadian house in 1975 was just over 1000 square feet.
The avg single detached house built in Mississauga today is 3906 square feet.
This is the crux of why, despite a LOT of construction, we have a shortage of homes.
