Memo to the Trump administration: Stop buying companies.
A government $40 trillion in debt should be SELLING assets, not buying ownership stakes in 36 companies.
We thought government control of the means of production was what we were fighting against.

DSA EXPOSED: A leading conservative group just launched a website pulling back the curtain on the Democratic Socialists of America's full policy agenda — from abolishing the Senate and ending ICE to defunding police and cutting aid to Israel.
Advancing American Freedom's new tool, obtained first by Fox News Digital, lays out all 12 DSA policy goals with counterarguments and a visual timeline of socialist governments dating back to the 1900s, tracking which ones collapsed and which clung to power.
The timing is deliberate. A Fox News Poll found 53% of voters under 30 now favor moving away from capitalism toward socialism, and DSA-backed candidates keep winning Democratic primaries. AAF President Tim Chapman calls the DSA's platform "one of the greatest threats to Americans' life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness in perhaps American history."

The Democratic Socialists of America promise freedom and prosperity, but their actual agenda tells a different story:
🔴 More government control
🔴 Higher taxes

President Trump thought war with Iran would be cheap & easy. Instead (whatever one's view of its justice) it's expensive & difficult. He can't change that now, without surrendering. In a bid to placate voters upset over high energy prices, he's shifting blame to Ukraine... 1/4

President Trump’s decision to lift sanctions on Russian fuel amidst Putin’s ongoing and brutal attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine makes no sense and is a betrayal of the legacy and leadership of the late Senator Lindsey Graham.
While Ukraine fights for its survival, Putin’s war machine continues to prosecute his terrorist war on civilian populations and innocent Ukrainians are dying every day.
Now, Instead of implementing the tough sanctions Lindsey Graham fought to his last breath to enact, President Trump has announced the United States is lifting sanctions on Russian energy, fueling the Putin’s war machine.
As I saw firsthand in Ukraine last month, Putin is losing this war. Ukraine has fought the Russian military to a standstill and reinvented warfare with drones taking the fight into the heart of Russia.
America should not be throwing a lifeline to Putin’s war machine. Now is the time to stand strong against Russian aggression as we did during the first Trump administration.
Putin doesn’t want peace. Putin wants Ukraine. I have no doubt that if Putin overruns Ukraine, it will only be a matter of time until Russia’s military crosses a border that our troops will have to deal with him.
America is the Leader of the Free World. For our National Security, for the security of our Allies in Europe including Ukraine, President Trump should rescind this deal immediately and return to the strong policies of our four years in the White House; impose harsh sanctions on any nation purchasing Russian energy and work with our allies to ensure Ukraine has the military support it needs to repel and defeat this Russian invasion once and for all. Who on the American right argues a moral obligation to support Israel based on the Holocaust? They argue strategic utility, technological prowess, and common enemies. Then comes this gaslighting.
Americans, on the right especially, are exhausted by efforts to use the Holocaust as a moral obligation to support Israel.
They are unmoved by accusations of anti-Semitism and any hardline approaches to disavow and shame Israel's critics.

Trump was elected to address inflation/ affordability.
The administration tried Populist economics and it didn’t work.
As Republicans seek to highlight Democratic socialists on the ballot, Trump hugs Mamdani, rolls out red carpet for Xi, and invites Putin to G20 in USA

@AmericanFreedom's Affordability 101 playbook backs my Capital Gains Inflation Relief Act.
When your home's price climbs along with everything else, the tax code treats that inflation as profit. My bill adjusts what you paid for your home to account for inflation, so homeowners keep more of their money when they sell.

The administration’s trade policies are hammering America’s farmers, and the polling in reliably red states shows it.
Some Republicans are looking to Jimmy Carter for a solution and floating a diesel export ban. It would be as effective as Jimmy Carter’s economics.
A diesel export ban would remove 20% of the world’s traded overseas diesel supply overnight and send a massive shockwave through supply chains and the global economy - naturally making matters worse ahead of the midterms.
Lawmakers in newly found swing states would be better served reclaiming their constitutional authority to set trade policy rather than surrendering to the executive branch.
The best way to help farmers is to lower tariffs and open markets to American agricultural products.

As Ive always said, the biggest, largely unforced error of the Trump presidency has been tariffs, and the way the White House carried them out. Imprecision of lumping Canada in the same bucket as China was foolish and the benefits of ramped up domestic manufacturing never materialized, at least to the degree to which they were sold or Trump's polling on the economy would be better. I know what youre saying "how about Iran?" Well Iran can be explained for obvious reasons including destroying the infrastructure of Jihadist loons. Plus I still believe there will be an eventual peace dividend with that regime neutered, if history is any guide. But stoking inflation by mounting a trade war against the likes of Switzerland and Canada, not myopically focusing on the real threat of China, just made price pressures so much worse. "If you look at your grocery bill, how much of that is impacted by tariffs?" @TimChapman said. "That's driving up the price of goods and it's hurting people in their pocketbooks."
"The size and scope of the government matters more than people understand in terms of its impact on the economy," @TimChapman said. "If you look at interest rates right now and how much of the skyrocketing interest rates is fueled by the debt and deficit problem, that's something we need to be concerned about as Americans."
