We should have a response from Tate’s Lawyer for the Habeas Corpus on Monday.
Tate’s extradition lawyer,Howard Srebnick, is requesting an extension until Monday, November 2, which amounts to just one additional business day beyond the original Friday, October 30 deadline. The request cites lead counsel’s preparation for and attendance at the Alexander brothers’ sentencing on October 27, and the government does not oppose the extension.

One of our staff members ordered lunch from DoorDash. The driver went to the wrong door and accidentally came into the cathedral when the office is next door. He had never been in a Catholic church. He was struck by the beauty.
