We don't have a constitution if the words in it aren't fixed to their meanings when adopted.
Justice Kagan calls the “whole project” of originalism “misconceived, and... not a very good match with the Constitution we have.”

Adam Carolla says it took 10 DAYS before he heard about the concealed carry dad who ran into his daughters’ elementary school and took down the shooter. He thought about it, and he knows exactly why it didn’t get more airtime. “IT F*CKS UP EVERY THEME THEY HAVE ABOUT GUN OWNERSHIP.” CAROLLA: “That was the first time I’ve ever seen a picture of this guy [Kaylub Giamanco], heard him talk.” “He says, ‘I didn’t save enough kids, and I’m sorry to the parents of the kids who I couldn’t save.’ And now he can’t sleep at night because he can still hear the screams of the children begging for their lives.” This man should be a household name. A national hero. But as Carolla explains, his story wrecks the picture of gun owners the media wants in your head. “The theme of the dad who wanted to protect his kids ... and put an end to this school shooter is NOT a theme they like.” “MSNBC, CNN, LA Times, THEY HATE THIS STORY.” Daniel Penny, meanwhile? CAROLLA: “That guy is everywhere because they love the theme of a blonde-haired guy choking out a black guy.” When a story doesn’t fit the narrative, you never hear about it. When it does, it’s all you hear about.

Alaskan Gov. Mike Dunleavy just told Fox that the decoy Dan J. Sullivan was asked to speak earlier to their investigators and he refused to do so. Now, no one seems to be able to find him as the Democrats ride out the scandal in the final five days...

How could the dumb plan possible succeed to trick voters into marking the WRONG Dan Sullivan when the ENTIRE COUNTRY [not just Alaska!] is watching this scandal unfold? She has 0% chance to win now.

Road maintenance. Interesting. CA makes about $9B annually with the nation’s highest gas tax. That money is for road maintenance. But somehow we have the worst roads. Potholes on the streets, and more dangerously, on the freeways; roads that haven’t been repaved for decades; raised ridges in the road from old and uneven asphalt; etc. Obviously this $9B is not being spent on road maintenance. It is being stolen. Additionally, you have the CA state campaign to get everyone in an EV car, without considering the reduction in people paying the gas tax. Their solution: this mileage tax. Just for the EVs? Oh no, for everyone. For the gas tax payers and also the EV drivers. All because they need that money that does NOT go to road maintenance, to stay at $9B annually. Thieves.
A mileage tax in California? Xavier Becerra says he would consider it, "everything should be on the table" to maintain roads and bridges. "Do I want to tax people more than necessary? No.. Should people who drive EVs who don't need gas pay for those roads? Absolutely."

ONE HAND! Everyone knows what MAYDAY means. It’s a distress call when someone falls overboard or is preparing to abandon ship. But what do sailors shout when a shipmate needs critical help before the ship is in jeopardy of sinking? Two words every mariner should know: ONE HAND! The iron rule aboard ships is simple: “One hand for yourself, one hand for the ship.” You NEVER carry anything with both hands. One hand must always be free to grab a railing, secure yourself, or prevent a fall. But there’s an exception: you may use both hands to help a shipmate in trouble. When someone calls “ONE HAND!” you drop what you’re doing and lend a hand. We have discovered that the majority of libraries are not stocking THE most important book written this year. So, America, I’M CALLING ONE HAND! Pick up the phone. Call your public library. Ask them to stock Unelected, the New York Times bestseller by @DataRepublican and @JoshuaLisec. This well researched book raises serious questions about the influence of globalist NGOs on American government and efforts to undermine the constitution. Those questions deserve public scrutiny, and Americans deserve access to the book. BONUS POINTS: Buy two copies (Amazon link in comments). Keep one and donate the other to your library. But here’s the catch: Donating a book doesn’t necessarily mean it will enter the library’s collection. Make the librarian confirm that it will be cataloged and made available for borrowing before you donate it. Talk to them directly, don’t just dump it in the donation bin, it will be lost. If they decline, ask why. Request a written statement of refusal and share their explanation publicly. They do not have the moral right to refuse cataloging a NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLER ONE HAND, AMERICA. We have a constitution to defend 🇺🇸
They don’t have it in my library either but they do have Andy Cohen’s Real Housewives book so I’ve got that going for me. 🙄

There is absolutely no way this state is going to allow the largest wealth transfer in world history slip through their fingers. The wealth transfer is about to begin and they can smell the money slipping away. This state is Ground Zero -- all the baby boomers who moved to California in the 60s, 70s, and 80s, bought low, want their kids to inherit their homes and wealth over the next decade or so. Don't you guys get it - its not about the billionaires. It's about the trillions in equity locked up in thousands of 1400 sq foot ranches and 2500 sq foot craftsmans and sprawling mansions. They want it and they're coming for it and they're going to take it from the white boomers and redistribute it to their more favored clients.

HOLY CR*P 🚨 Abdul El-Sayed wrote a letter to the Muslim Brotherhood leadership in Egypt telling them to purge the police and the media Not only that: “Literally the family is Muslim Brotherhood. The father-in-law is Muslim Brotherhood. Barack Obama put the sister-in-law on a terror watchlist in 2016. The mother was part of an organization that was shut down for funding terrorist organizations. The man wrote a letter to the Muslim Brotherhood leadership in Egypt telling them to purge the police and the media” Abdul El-Sayed is literally a Trojan horse for the Islamic takeover of America I looked it up and the letter is true, In November 2012, published Nov. 25 on the Egyptian site Al-Ahram Gate, 46 people identifying as “leaders of the Egyptian community” in the US signed a statement supporting Mohamed Morsi who was the newly elected Egyptian president and a longtime Muslim Brotherhood figure The 33rd signature was listed as “Dr. Abdul Rahman El-Sayed” of New York. This is Abdul El-Sayed. The New York Times has confirmed he signed it while in medical school In the months that followed Egyptian authorities pursued journalists on charges including “insulting Islam” and “insulting the president.” Again, HOLY CR*P But it gets even darker, several of the people who signed that letter have been confirmed to have donated to Abdul El-Sayed campaign for Senator Abdul El-Sayed must not be elected

Hello Senator Thune, Let's expose what you're really doing with "reconciliation." You announced it yesterday, eleven months after the House passed the SAVE America Act. You're not trying to pass this bill. You're trying to kill it in a way you can blame on process. Here's how we know: Reconciliation requires the Senate parliamentarian to rule that provisions are "budgetary." Citizenship verification is not budgetary. Photo ID mandates are not budgetary. The parliamentarian will gut the bill. Then you'll shrug and say "we tried." We see through you. Meanwhile, you WON'T use the tools that actually work: Rule XIX limits each senator to two speeches per legislative day. Keep the Senate in continuous session, file cloture daily, and the filibuster exhausts in ~12-20 days. You dismissed it as "complicated." Because if you tried and succeeded, you'd have to actually pass the bill. Harry Reid nuked the filibuster in 2013 when he wanted results. Mitch McConnell changed Senate rules THREE times and canceled the August recess. Chuck Schumer used reconciliation within months on a 50-50 Senate. You have 53 seats. You've changed nothing, canceled nothing, and waited eleven months. Now let's talk donors: • Goldman Sachs: $150K to you - top H-1B user • Google: $75K - lobbies against E-Verify • Meta: $72.5K - Zuckerberg's FWD[.]us pushes mass immigration • Wells Fargo: $90K - banks undocumented immigrants Same corporations sponsor Punchbowl News, where you sit for "Fly Out Days" which nobody watches except Congress staffers and K Street lobbyists who pays premium bucks for legislative intelligence. Their reporter then telegraphs to the audience the SAVE Act "will ultimately fail." Corporate money flows to you AND to the outlet that frames your inaction as inevitable. We see the loop. You called grassroots anger a "paid influencer ecosystem." YOU are the paid influencer. You take the wrong side of a 80% issue because you are indistinguishable from a K Street mouthpiece, and an ineffective one to boot who won't bend the rules to get anything passed. What we want: 1. Force a real talking filibuster. 2. Stop hiding behind process. 3. Pass the SAVE America Act. YOU will become the reason that we will have our butts kicked in midterms. Not Candace Owens, not Nick Fuentes, not anyone else. You and you alone, and all because you want to make the 200 or so viewers of Punchbowl Fly Out Days happy. You're living in a K Street information bubble, addicted to the comforts and praises of lobbyists masquerading as journalists. You mistake the steak and martini dinners you get invited to as your own constituents. You are not "moderate." The SAVE America Act has 98% support among Republicans. Name one other thing that has 98% support. You are an extreme minority who prides himself on being a calm leader, when in reality you are well in the running for the most ineffective Majority leader of all time. Prove me wrong. Do the bare modicum of effort. Not symbolic. Actual effort. Cancel the recess. Get SAVE America Act passed.

Legacy media will never run this list, so I will. 2018, Flint, Michigan: Elon funded filtration systems for schools with unsafe water. Over $480K. 2018, Thailand: SpaceX engineers built a mini-submarine within days to help rescue a boys' soccer team trapped in a flooded cave. 2020, COVID: He sourced and delivered ventilators and supplies to hospitals for free. 2021: He gave Tesla shares worth about $5.7 billion to charity. 2021: He funded a $100M XPRIZE for carbon removal, one of the largest incentive prizes ever. 2022: Starlink kept Ukrainians connected when their networks went down. 2022, Tonga: Starlink helped reconnect the island after a volcano cut its undersea cable. Wildfires, hurricanes, earthquakes: Starlink terminals keep showing up for rescuers and families. And the biggest one, the one that's easy to miss: he's spent his fortune and 20+ years building clean energy, safer cars, and a future for humanity among the stars. They call him a villain. The record says otherwise.

Flavio Bolsonaro feared arrest and a show trial in a kangaroo court where he would be sentenced to death or life in prison. Marco Rubio orchestrated his exfiltration to safety in Florida where he will head a government in exile until the inevitable demise of Lula's regime.
🚨 BREAKING: After the election was stolen from him, right-wing Flavio Bolsonaro is on a plane heading to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA after DEFYING Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes' order to surrender his passports — US official to Reuters HUGE IF TRUE!! They planned to persecute the CRAP out of him. Just 24 hours after Bolsonaro lost Sunday's presidential runoff to Lula da Silva, Moraes ordered the opposition leader to turn over his passports and barred him from leaving the country — canceling the documents today when the 11 AM deadline passed When a regime's immediate move after an election is trying to trap and prosecute the opposition candidate within 24 hours, escaping to America is the only move left! 🇺🇸 There were some initial reports this morning regarding Flavio's whereabouts that either changed or were debunked, so this is a fluid situation. I hope he's coming to FLORIDA ☀️

The hypocrisy is insane Foreign billionaire George Soros has spent over $500+ MILLION on Democrat campaigns in the last 8 years, and he’s already spent over $103 million on Midterms But Democrats are outraged over Elon Musk?? George Soros also spent roughly $128 million in 2022 during that Midterms Also keep in mind, this is just the money that’s disclosed. A huge amount of money also flows through Dark Money channels that’s much harder to link to George Soros Elon Musk warned everyone about George Soros, “Soros, he is I believe, the top contributor to the Democratic Party — He fundamentally hates humanity — He's doing things that erode the fabric of civilization” I looked into it and found George Soros has been donating so much more than we realize 2018 Midterms: $20 million to Democrats (7th largest individual donor) 2020 Cycle: $28 million directly tracked through Democracy PAC. $81 million total spending, he also gave at least $500k directly to Joe Biden 2022 Midterms: Reports of direct and PAC spending) to $170+ million total 2024 Cycle: $60 million from a Soros nonprofit in one infusion and related entities 2026 Midterms: $103 million confirmed as the largest individual donor so far this cycle Rough 8 year total estimate is likely 500+ million in direct political spending on Democrats This is foreign money. This is foreign election interference

🚨 UPDATE: 60 Minutes CAUGHT RED-HANDED leaving this BRUTAL exchange out of the aired interview after DHS General Counsel James Percival dismantled their 3rd-country deportation narrative They CUT THIS OUT! PERCIVAL: "And then when they got to their home country, are you suggesting that they were persecuted or tortured?" 60 MINUTES: "Some have faced violence, but that's not what I'm alleging. No." PERCIVAL: "So you're suggesting that Ghana is not accurately adjudicating whether they fear persecution or torture in their home country. If that were true, you would expect those people to return to their home country and then face persecution or torture... And if they're going to their home country and you're not hearing claims that they're being persecuted or tortured, then that suggests that Ghana's procedures are adequate...And it doesn't sound like you're making that claim." 60 MINUTES: "I'm not saying that I have cases that I'm going to show you where this is happening, mostly because, you know, this is all very recent." No wonder CBS cut this out — the reporter flat-out admitted on camera that she didn't have a SINGLE case of anyone actually being tortured! 🤯 Thankfully they got their OWN TAPE of this very interview. Every Republican must continue doing this. Always have the full tape on hand!
