After every election loss their is finger pointing, law suits and break aways from the current regime in which lost. We already see the finger pointing. So the question now becomes, who starts breaking away from Trump?

I didn't survive socialism, political persecution, imprisonment, and four assassination attempts just to be intimidated by a lawsuit threat from Mike Beltran because I retweeted @LauraLoomer.
I've faced real tyrants. I've looked evil in the eye. I know what intimidation looks like, and this won't silence me.
What concerns me most is that someone seeking public office would answer political speech with legal threats instead of facts, debate, and persuasion. In my opinion, that reflects the wrong temperament for elected office.
America was founded on the principle that we answer speech with more speech, not attempts to intimidate our critics. If a retweet upsets you that much, perhaps public office isn't for you.
I will continue to exercise my First Amendment rights without fear or apology. If that offends little Mikes feelings so be it . I didn't risk my life for freedom only to surrender it now. @MBeltranFL
