I was Sweet vs Cardonna and while I received some relief they didn’t apply it toward the other predatory lending related to my loans being sold off to different lenders so many times that it was difficult to navigate.
Meghan you have become so inwardly focused and ignorantly verbal. I used to support your stances but you have changed and not for the good … it makes me so sad.
I have witnessed it kill many. I am an RN. Cancer is exploding, many other autoimmune diseases are presenting. Otherwise healthy people are dying; it doesn’t affect everyone the same and only certain areas actually received the real vaccine. You are lucky others are not.
No … your dog went in their yard is the same as them coming in to yours to return it. Not a big deal … don’t make it one.

Was his name really Barack Hussein Obama — or was it Jean Paul Ludwig? Let me explain.
After digging through records and old documents, something strange surfaced: the Social Security Number 042-68-4425, the one linked to Barack Obama, was originally assigned to a man named Jean Paul Ludwig — a French-born immigrant who came to the U.S. in 1924. He was reportedly given that SSN in March 1977.
Now here’s the kicker: Ludwig spent most of his adult life in Connecticut, which explains why his SSN begins with 042 — a prefix reserved for Connecticut residents.
Obama? Never lived or worked in Connecticut. So why would he have a Social Security number tied to that state?
It gets even more curious. Ludwig reportedly passed away in Hawaii, where Obama’s grandmother, Madelyn Payne Dunham, just happened to work in the probate office of the Honolulu Courthouse — with access to files of deceased individuals and their personal records, including unused Social Security numbers.
The theory is that Ludwig’s death was never properly reported to the Social Security Administration, likely because he never received benefits. That meant his number sat dormant — and accessible.
Some believe Dunham may have quietly found a number that belonged to someone long gone — someone not receiving benefits — and handed it off to her grandson, whose citizenship status has long been questioned by skeptics due to connections to Kenya and Indonesia.
And that’s just the beginning. If Trump — or anyone else — ever pushes past the birth certificate and straight into the mystery of this SSN, it’s going to be chaos. You’ll see heads spin on the left like never before. Because you can debate birthplaces all day long, but using a Social Security number that wasn’t assigned to you? That’s fraud.
This isn’t about politics. This is about the law — and the truth.
Let people make their own decisions, but they deserve to know.

Cardiologists at a New York hospital say we need to expand the definition of death so more organs can be donated -
The three cardiologists at Northwell Health in New York: Sandeep Jauhar, Snehal Patel, and Deane Smith wrote an article " Organs Are Too Rare. We Need a New Definition of Death"
They argue for expanding the legal and medical definition of brain death to include patients who have permanently lost higher brain functions like consciousness, memory, intention, and desire, even if lower brainstem functions are working normally.
However, Up to 40% of vegetative state diagnoses are incorrect, and 15% of comatose patients show "covert consciousness" via advanced testing.
Even so, they claim, this would increase the pool of viable organ donors, addressing the shortage of transplantable organs in the U.S., where an estimated 15 people die each day waiting for an organ.

They reference a July 20, 2025, NYT investigative report ("A Push for More Organ Transplants Is Putting Donors at Risk") about premature or bungled DCD attempts, including patients in Alabama, New Mexico, Florida, and West Virginia who showed signs of life.
That piece highlighted pressure from organ procurement organizations (OPOs) to increase transplants, leading to aggressive pursuits and ethical lapses, with 55 medical workers reporting disturbances.
