This is a great example of whacko socialist thinking. Don't put violent criminal in prison, because prisons are for political prisoners that have views different from our own. This sounds more like someone who has been incarcerated previously. He still has a bunch of resentment about it, playing himself as the victim, and wants people to experience that who hasn't. In America, we don't imprison political opponents. We outvote them. If your party doesn't win, try, try again. Growing up, I don't remember people being that interested in politics. I really didn't see too much difference between the candidates. Every once in a while you'd have someone who would really stand out and the country would rally behind them. Now, two parties could not be more different. And its not hard to tell which party wants to preserve America, and which party wants to destroy America. There's an old saying in the corporate world, be kind to the people that report to you. One day, THEY might be YOUR boss. I have a feeling if @TheDemocrats ever get in charge again, it will be a terrible day for America.
