I disregard any who thinks removing HMs was a bad idea. Having to fuck over a Pokémon’s moveset or run a HM slave is just stupid and the way Gen 7 onward handles it should never be reverted.

Much like Toronto, the knowledge that the Rays are probably never going to be back here makes this infinitely more satisfying. They should be very proud of what they accomplished this season and they weren't as lucky as some people claim, but I don't see the path.

With Unite ending and Pokken cancelled ages ago, this is a real question. It won’t be any time soon, but if we have multiple generations of new Pokemon fans with no experience of traditional battling mechanics, the pool of players VGC can draw from could very well dry up.

How long til Champions ends... Honestly with how much the casuals are dropping out, it's not so unrelated to VGC Sure us hardcore players who compete and go to events still play on daily/weekly basis, but so many casuals have stopped playing.
