With the help of @TrueLegumes, @eu_radiant, and @SEFARIscot, I can confirm that Henry Taylor’s Scottish Bean is now undergoing field trials including in organic systems. Fingers crossed for products hitting shelves in 2023! @LocavoreCIC, @Hodmedods, @pgroresearch #LoveLegumes

... The Scottish bean is an exciting new variety of dwarf fave bean that both tastes great and grows quickly in Scottish climate. Unlike a lot of commercial beans grown for baked beans products - it needs no added fertiliser. It was the brainchild of Henry Taylor, says Pete 📽️
