"Concerns were raised"
People being scared that something might happen if a change is made is not a good enough reason to not make the change.
There needs to be an element of evidence in these "concerns" raised by businesses and residents.

Someday all the dog poo bags discarded on the ground and in the trees will transform into magical birds that follow around the people who left them there, and shit on them relentlessly.

I've a bluetooth mouse that I've lost whilst moving, but it's somewhere in the house, connecting and disconnecting from my laptop. Driving me mad that it's somewhere, but I can't find it

DART+ is a radical plan to transform the frequency and capacity of all rail lines in the Dublin area.
DART+ West is the first phase - bringing the DART to Maynooth and M3 Parkway.
Have your say in public consultation on DART+ West which begins today irishrail.ie/DartMaynooth

We guaranteed these motorway operators traffic. We guaranteed them car dependency. The railway equivalent of the M3 won't even be built by 2040 and the railway equivalent of the Limerick-Galway motorway & tunnel floods for months at a time.
The state will have to pay a compensation bill of up to €21 million to the private operators of the M3 motorway and Limerick Tunnel due to the impact of Covid-19. @obraonain reports

Don't understand what we mean when we say building more roads just creates more traffic? Here's a 90 second sketch that explains it 👇
This is BRILLIANT!
“It means you spend a lot of money now for a very short-term benefit."
“I guess for $300 billion dollars we were hoping for something a little more dramatic.”
