Do you see anyone you recognize? The #FBI is still seeking information to help identify individuals who actively instigated violence on January 6 in Washington, D.C. Visit ow.ly/skY550D3JL1 to see images from current cases, and submit tips to fbi.gov/USCapitol.
I join with my colleagues who have pledged the same in their districts: if we can prove you travelled from EDKY to DC to commit violent criminal acts, then you will be prosecuted by the @USAO_EDKY. We are sworn to protect the Constitution and uphold the law.
The violence today at our Nation’s Capitol was shocking and I condemn it fully. The Constitution protects the right to peaceably assemble, not forcibly storm a govt. building & commit violence. Those who committed violence should be held accountable under the law.
Best wishes, @USAttyHerdman. Thank you for your leadership and service to the @USAttorneys community.
