REAL change will ONLY happen when Bruno Fernandes and every other player who’s been part of that dressing room for 5+ years are SOLD.
These players have become so accustomed to poor standards, poor management and an inconsistent environment that it’s practically ingrained in them now.
No manager is going to undo years of this mentality overnight. We should NOT be building a team around these players.
