At this point just cut off literally all welfare in the entire country and then allow people to reapply manually with far stricter vetting processes. Trying to cut from the existing pile of fraud is never going to make a dent. End it all and start from square one.
Imagine trying to brute force 1 out of 394,020,061,963,944,792,122,790,401,001,436,138,050,797,392,704,654,466,679,482,934,042,457,217,714,972,106,114,142,662,548,849,156,408,066,279,903,068,160 possible values and getting it on the 5th try.
We're building the biggest and most expensive cloud datacenter infrastructure physically possible for the primary purpose of generating self-contained open source tools that never need to touch a server ever again.
The future is bright.

When I was already in the middle of my camera gear buying spree a few months ago, Amazon started a 10% cash back deal on all Canon products with the no-fee Amazon card that I already had. Needless to say, many financially irresponsible decisions were made that week.
5 years ago, everyone was claiming that Starlink was an impossible pipe dream, it would never scale, it would never be profitable, dumbass Elon.
Today, everyone is claiming that they are going to build and launch and maintain their own LEO constellation like it's no big deal.

If they just had universal healthcare like they have in Europe this wouldn't be happening in Europe
I dislike this argument that Roadster is a precursor to some future flying car tech. It's not nor should it be, mainstream flying cars won't and shouldn't be a thing.
The Roadster is cool because it's cool. No more argument is needed. It justifies itself.
Genuinely, what's the point of this 3D-looking wallpaper?
Except, now, it's bubble-wrap.
Someone made a WEAK adhesive. What was the point of that?
Years later: Post-It Notes.
Gee, this failed water repellant is sure useless. We'll use something else on our Atlas missiles.
That was WD-40.
Tell me you know nothing about invention and engineering without saying you know nothing about invention and engineering.
This would be a superior choice for dealing with protesters.

Should have just gone full send and powered the tesla roadster thrusters with hydrazine like this thing
They are going to have it puff its way out of the Starship payload bay, slowly circle the ship, then fly back into the back and lock itself down for reentry and landing.
Old Roadster proved FH could launch things far, new Roadster proves Starship can bring things back.
