Totally they can. but also i've seen that rich people will simply not get exposure to btc and instead use hedge funds and stock market trading.
It's almost amazing at this point that people don't see bitcoin coming but over next 5-10 years nobody will even want to save in fiat.
i'm curious his allocation %'s. I know he personally has at least 17k BTC and a ton of $MSTR stock.
The benefit of pleb life is you can be above 100% when a lot of rich people want to protect themselves and wont go all in. I doubt @michael_saylor isn't all in personally tho.
