If analysts can make bad calls, what about us? No position in $ABOS, just noticing that analysts ratings and PTs are not pure gold.

ABOS plans on sharing ph2 ALTITUDE-AD results for sabirnetug in November (narrowed
from late-26). These results represent a major inflection point for the stock and first true
test of the oligomer hypothesis in Alzheimer's. recently caught up with management
at an investor lunch (
where ABOS reiterated their confidence that the ph1 data
support an improvement over the approved anti-abetas--management would like to see
at least 30% disease slowing on iADRS at 18-months and low-double-digit-% rate of
ARIA-E or better.

Management has been slow but next 12 months will be execution by CRO and reputed IBD recruitment agency they have partnered with.
This won’t be close to obefazimod in maintenance. Period! Management is targeting 20% CR delta in induction which aligns with Icotyde and prior apremilast 30mg data. I think this can be decent drug with antifibrotic profile in any market left (😉) by Obe. Marc has been boasting about Obe antifibrotic profile and someone might see that value in Pali too.
Gut activation and slow systemic release will further improve data. If anyone has analyzed PK profile, please share your view.
Also, someone ask Dean Li $MRK tomorrow when he is releasing Tuli data. Second half is almost over and no conferences left this year which he mentioned in calls.

🚨 SOCIALISM IS HERE: The NYC Council just voted to put nonprofits at the FRONT of the line when you sell your own building.
The vote was 38 to 9.
When an owner of a covered building decides to sell, city-certified nonprofits get 20 days to say they're interested and 70 more to make an offer.
That's 90 days of the government picking who gets first shot at YOUR property.
Even after that, the nonprofit can come back and MATCH any outside offer you get.
About 2,100 buildings are covered, and Mayor Zohran Mamdani has pledged to sign it.
None of this should surprise anyone. Back in 2021, Mamdani called for the "full de-commodification" of housing.
He told you exactly what he believed. Now he's doing it.
You bought it. You paid for it. You carry the costs.
But in Mamdani's New York, City Hall decides who gets to buy it.
That's not housing policy. That's SOCIALISM.
